A buddy shared this clip with me and I thought it would serve as a great example of how to remain in control after a girl tries to shit test you by doing what she wants but denying you of your wishes. We all put up with this shit and the character in this show does not tolerate it. A great lesson in how to stay alpha against even the strongest chicks. Begins at 50:20 and Lasts until the girl asks for the bill.

She isn't nearly hot enough for that amount of training. I dislike the guy for putting in so much effort.

Training in itself can be good and is much better than none. However women's bad behavior stems from men either never training or putting more in than they get out.

Men should walk away unless they are receiving more. It is the woman's job to put in more effort - that is the price for handing off the tough decisions amd consequences to men.

Yeah as far Korean women go she's about a 6. Maybe a full 7 if she dressed better, that tunic is awful.
The conversation they were having made me chuckle because I've had to deal with shit tests like those from Korean women.

She isn't good looking for a korean woman, 5 max( and this is with pro make-up, perfect light and post-production). But then again Kdrama main women roles are usually average looking with usually hot main male actor and hot second roles women. So that average looking women, that are the main audience of those shows, can identify themselves and feel good.

As for being Alpha in Korea, Ive met some korean Alpha men but most of them are beta due to the culture.

The most non-alpha thing about this segment is how he explains to the girl how he is going to play tit for tat with her. Sounds weak and childish.

The basic premise is withdrawal. He is using withdrawal to punish the girl for misbehavior. He should not explain this to her, he should just do it.

I don't know about that Stalin.
IF alpha is doing what you want to do knowing that you have options I don't see any problem with that.
Women aren't used to any type of reprimand for their behavior and truly laying down the law firmly to me is bueno. If he has options he can bounce leave her to think about her ill behavior and then come back a few days later like nothing happened.

Thats how I'd play it.

Agree with Stalin. The fact that he explains it to her is lame and is his way of "trying" to be alpha. I didn't watch before the clip but it sounds like he agreed to some lame rules earlier so if he was truly alpha, he would have never agreed to those rules or not taken them seriously as to even have to reply to them again or bring it up again. Women say stupid shit all the time. Like kids. You wouldn't take a lot of things kids might say seriously, right?

He comes off as a far too serious taskmaster picking at everything the woman says.

I don't mean to come off as a white knight, as the woman was also picking at the guy just as much if not more. But from 50:20 till they ask for the bill, I only see a petulant beta guy with a sullen morose girl, not an alpha passing a few shit tests from his girl... or at least a poor example of such.

She's a korean 3 wtf. I'm shocked that she is on a K Drama - looks like western "values" infecting even my beloved korean dramas. Can't have too many hotties no no no, bad for female self-esteem.

He is too much talk and exposition. It shouldn't be an essay, and it's laughable when geared at a 3.

Just curious if you've ever actually been to Korea. There's so much eye candy everywhere (including on tv and in advertising) that calling it anything less than an assault is an injustice. Gong Hyojin is a famous actress because she can actually act not because of a shortage of talent willing to fuck its way onto tv.
