Hello, everyone.

I've been a member of this forum for quite some time now and all I've ever done is lurk and live vicariously through you guys (and the manosphere in general) so I decided it is time to stop with this bullshit and start to walk the walk instead of just talking the talk. As the title says I'm a virgin even though I had quite a few opportunities to bang, but didn't because quite frankly with all the porn and masturbation I just couldn't get it up to real women. Yeah, I know, WTF right?

I recently started going to the gym and I'm doing the NOFAP 90 days challenge before I can start approaching; I figured that it'd be useless to start approaching when my sex drive a social anxiety are fucked due to years being a fucking recluse playing video games and masturbating on my bedroom.

Not sure if I'm even being coherent here, but I'd like your opinions on this. How should I go about it? For all intented purposes I'm a loser; no job, no pussy, no muscle, no money.

Approach at least 1 girl a day. Just say hey. Nothing fancy. Once that becomes easy, move up to more conversation. Eventually, start trying to score numbers, then SNLs.

I disagree. A lot of men use NoFap as a way to escape the pressure of cold-approaching, but never actually end up achieving their dating goals. Instead, I'd recommend the 'One Approach A Day' method Roosh advises.

The best way to fix your sex drive and social anxiety is to approach sexy girls. Yes, you will be nervous and anxious, but over time you will become supremely confident!

Girls are not your biggest issue here. The issue is YOUR LIFE. There's a lot to fix, but you can do it.

Don't try to do it all at once - getting a job, hitting the gym, approaching girls.
I recommend fixing your health, through gym and diet, giving up video games and porn, and getting a job first. Then you can worry about girls. You've lost nothing in terms of girls if it takes you one or two or three years from now to get a girlfriend, but you have money and a healthy muscular body, and more importantly, self-esteem.

I'm not saying never to approach girls in the "fixing yourself up" stage. Just understand that they are not a big deal compared to being in charge of your life.

I'd at least try to talk to a few girls a week, no reason to stall. Unless you live in a super small town or something, it's worth the practice even while you're improving the other aspects of your life.

Don't be like me and stall on talking to girls in order to upgrade the other aspects of my life. The more ya talk to girls the better you'll be, just like in anything in life.

No job: Get one or start a business if you have the skills

No muscle: Hit the gym
No money: See "no job" above
No pussy: Start approaching today - but if you're badly out of shape, I'd recommend hitting the gym for 2-3 months before.

It's okay to play video games occasionally but this needs to be a reward once all your primary needs are taken care of.

Get that squared up before you try to fix the other things.

You will eventually notice your sex drive and confidence increase. The sex drive, because your body will want to cum. The confidence, because you will get rid of the voice in the back of your head saying "your dick doesn't work helvegen."

You're only a loser as long as you tell yourself you are. Quitting porn is a good thing, something I need to do myself. The nofap is a bad idea though, IMHO.

You don't need money, muscle, or a job to get with a girl, although it certainly helps. What you need is desire and perseverance. As others have suggested just start out by approaching one girl a day. Eventually you will become less anxious and also see results (numbers and dates). Then the only trick is to keep on going even after you are rejected or things don't work out for you.

If I would have to guess: laziness. It started about when I was 18 or so, but back then it was still pretty harmless.
