Seeing as the Netherlands is one of the tallest countries in the world, the average female height is around 1.70m (5'7).

Now couple that with the fact that Dutch girls do have a lot of other features that are advantageous, such as a high diversity in hair color (blondes, brunettes, gingers, etc.) and eye color, and it doesn't come as much of a surprise that the Netherlands produces a lot of models.

That has to be a joke, I am 5'9 barefoot and Im about the same height of average young women in the Netherlands and the North of Germany, sometimes I'm even shorter than most of them in my university. 5'7 includes a lot of older generation and people with fully or partial foreign background. Ethnic Dutch Women (and applies also for young women in the North of germany) are more like 5'9 in my experience, at least those around 16-30 yo. Most Dutch women are either Blondes or have very light hair, those with very dark hairs are almost always of foreign background or have some indo ancestors.

This is is a newly found goldmine of mine in Germany. Foreign girls and girls from foreign families will be much more receptive than the native Germans themselves.
