Since I began daily approaching, my mind began to see new possible approaching opportunities and new girls to approach.

Among these girls are those what I call "always busy" girls. Meaning waitresses, cute cashiers from malls, sales girls, etc. Girls I always see at work and who "mysteriously" seem to vanish after. Of course, it's futile trying anything while they're working (not to mention that I don't want to be seen as just a chatty client), but I don't want to give up on them either, just because they always seem to be working. On top of it, they work in shifts and constantly searching for them at a specific spot is more or less a crap shoot.

So, what can I do here, to approach them and possibly lead the situation to something romantic/sexual? The most obvious answer is to wait until they get out of work and approach there. Are there, however, any other ideas?

It's a pain in the ass trying to set shit up with girls that have odd work schedules. Been there, won't do it again unless she makes a very strong effort to adjust her schedule as well.

Generally though, I try to avoid hitting on women while they're at work - they're kinda forced to be nice to you, so you can misread their politeness for interest.

Fom my experience, it's a pain in the beginning, because I cannot start anything. No matter how odd is a job schedule, it's most likely regular, so both parties can adjust to a certain extent
