Trust is an irreparable seal. Once its broken for a woman, and most men, it can not be repaired. Once you fully accept this it will be easier for you to move on, because she is now taking all that good stuff she gave you, and will find another guy to give it to. Once you move on you can commit to yourself that you will never make this same mistake. And that mistake is two fold; you chose to be with a girl you felt compelled to cheat on, and secondly, you cheated on someone you pledged exclusivity to. Lesson is; you are completely honest and upfront from now on. You dont cheat on girls you promise exclusivity to, and you dont lie to girls that you will be exclusive.
