If I wanted to use Defense soap every day during my shower, or if I wanted to use Hibiclens sometimes, will it destroy my body's natural defenses (similar to using too much hand sanitizer)? Will it kill too much good bacteria?

A bottle of Defense Soap blew up in my gym bag last week. As such, I know that it can at least be harmful in the short run.
