Hi ,

after 20 minutes of chat (online gaming) I ve got a 36yo woman giving me her number , saying that "i can add her on whatsapp " . She of course did that after knowing what my job is. I am not used at all to have a woman giving her number without me asking for it. I am a bit paranoid so I feel something is wrong.
As a relative newbie I wonder what is that supposed to mean ? I don't want to reveal my location but I live in a very conservative and very poor European country where online gaming is almost non-existent compared to other countries.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been handed two numbers off of Tinder in the last week. Didn't have to ask, and don't mean to self-flagellate, but I don't think my game has gotten to that level. Consider also that my profile is basically a shell, since I don't spend much time on dating sites.

It leads me to the following conclusions:

1) Damaged goods; post wall women who've ridden the carousel ad nauseum, and are now looking to for a beta to "settle" with; or
2) Escorts (or whatever one may choose to call them). Believe me there are loads of them online nowadays.
3) You can never totally rule out some nefarious motive, given the circumstances you have mentioned in your post

My opinion in 1and 2 above is further reinforced by the information that I obtained when i took the game off of tinder. One of the girls is a single mother, and told me that her ex still has access to the child.

So, OP, unless you have advanced game and a killer profile, consider the above.

Obviously your situation could be different, so i suggest you do some digging yourself to find out.

It goes without saying that utmost care must be taken whatever you choose to do.

If you haven't seen her, shes probably low value (fat) because an attractive woman doesn't have to chase men, she has to fight them off with a stick.

Not sure if it's relevant in this case but as I've been mentioning elsewhere, women seem to be getting progressively more casual about giving out their number. I surmised that they might find it easier to gather orbiters via text (SMS) than to keep responding to app alerts, enter the app, work the app's quirky UI, etc... That would explain some of the behavior I got where I had their number, exchanged some texts on and off throughout the week, but could never actually lock them down for a meetup.

Yeah of course she could be a pro, or have some other agenda, that's why you adapt to a situation as it changes, and not be a fucking autist, pick up on hints, ect.

I am not physically scared of her. I just don't believe in Father Christmas and even if she is relatively ugly , I can sense that something is not honest from her.

That's probably my paranoid side.

A 36yo woman - that is about the Game level I would expect. I have had wives slipping me their phone numbers while their husbands were standing a couple yards away.

Call her, hit it - especially if you are not used to it, then do it.

Since you met her only online then the usual careful appraisal should be valid, but criminal activity initiation via online is actually quite risky unless she is all on paid-phone, but even that is ever more difficult nowadays - you would have to use homeless guys for identification of SIM cards to be in the clear.

I am 31. I usually aim for 22-28 , but at times 18-21 and 29-40 is acceptable
