So I will be going to Thailand for a month this november, probably bkk & pattaya mostly so I signed up on Thaifriendly about two weeks ago.

Now I will say this, I've been to Phuket twice before, both times with family so did not try to do anything - I'm also a 20 year old virgin and I now feel like I need to do something about that haha...

So I've had in total about 60 people adding me on Line. I basically just visit other peoples profile without even giving them a message and I rarely "interest" any of them. They then go to my profile and message me and I give them my Line and they add me.

Plenty of people have asked me to meet them, one of them even straight out asking me if I wanted to have sex with her. I have done a few webcams and all gone ok.

So my questions are basically what should I expect? What's your experience with Thaifriendly? What should I be careful of? Common scams etc? Where should I take the women to?

Used it only once. Had a couple of girls request I send them money. They were quite brazen about it. There might be some middle-class girls on there too that don't need your cash, but try to filter accordingly.

You are a 20 year old Swede going to Thailand.

Forget the internet and "Thaifriendly". When you arrive go down to MBK and talk to girls that you are attracted to. Even if you have mild autism you will still come away with something decent, and you will know what it is beforehand vs rolling the dice and wasting time on internet whores and trannies.

With Thai and Filipinos I found it very easy to just look up them up on Facebook and add them as a friend, then send them a message saying I'm coming to X or whatever. Search for a girl's name and city, look for ones you think are hot and then look through their friends to find more and pick your favourites. This way you can find girls who are probably real without an agenda. I got good results with this. Though for now have steered a different course.

I was in the same position as you a few weeks ago, but add 10 years. As GlobalMan says this region verges into sleepwalking territory. I don't have good social skills and am not a guy that can easily rub a girl up into a lather, but I'm white, 20cm taller than their men, have blue eyes and I'm from The West. So if you are not comfortable with the approach I would go with FaceBook. If you have blue eyes, make sure they can see that.

Globalman is correct, you will slay them over there.

On the other hand, it doesn't hurt to test the market and do research before you get there.

You are learning their ways by talking to them.

I think most the online girls will be semi-pro or looking for sponsor, so shields up for that.

Also, don't get "locked down" but an ugly sponsor chaser. She will latch on and control you visit there and stay with you the whole time etc, fending off the opposition.

At all costs, remain free to roam.

Thanks for all the advices guys,

I think I just might do irl instead of online, but many of the girls I've speaken to doesn't seem like they are working girls but most of those are outside of the main cities though - they def are hungry for my money though lol

Off topic: Since I haven't booked the flight yet, I might actually visit Philippines instead considering they are poorer, but I've heard the food & infrastructure is terrible there.

That is very wise advice from GlobalMan.

"MBK" is a huge shopping mall in the center of Bangkok that attracts lots of young, 20-something Thai girls, and, also, hordes of tourists.
You won't look "weird" going there.

The girls come in from the nearby universities.
You'll notice them wearing uniforms: white blouses, black skirts, and a university pin on the chest.
You'll have plenty of "opportunities".

"MBK" is spoken by the locals as, "emm-bee-kay".
To get there, take the skytrain to "National Stadium" station.
There will be signs pointing to MBK -- just follow the crowd getting off the skytrain.

Once you get inside the MBK building, it will look, at first, like a large department store.
It is.
The walking route from the skytrain station to the mall area passes through the department store.
Just keep following the crowds, and you will find yourself in the actual mall area.

Now, may I suggest an opening "tactic" for your game:
As you get off the skytrain, stand still, look around, look confused, look lost.
Then turn around and look for a small group of 2-3 girls that interest you.
Smile at them, in a confused way, and ask, "Where is MBK?"
Don't be surprised if they giggle, take your hand and say, "Come with us. This way!"

But be careful, don't use too many words.
Keep your words very, very simple.
Do NOT say, "Hey, whaz up. I'm looking for that emm-bee whatever you call it."
No, that's too much. They'll never understand.
And when Thais don't understand, they turn away and exit.
So, just slow and simple.

Like GlobalMan I think face-to-face is far better than Internet, Line, and all that.
You may find yourself going to MBK all day, every day!

I disagree with the guys who are saying you should skip using the internet all together. Also guys are making it sound like you are just going to walk around MBK and find girls. It is possible but not that easy. Especially for a guy with little experience. You will be disappointed with how shy girls are when you try to talk to them at the malls. Also many won't understand your English. It takes time to learn the Thai/English you have to use so they can understand you.

Will it be easier than in your home country. YES. But are girls going to be falling over themselves to fuck you. No. You are not the only young white guy in Bangkok. If a girl is that easy to fuck then be cautious.

I would suggest you take a long term view on your strategy. Here is what I would do if I were you. This is not a lazy mans strategy as it will take time and effort. This can also be used in other SEA countries so if you decide to check out Vietnam or the Philippines you can use this.

1. Create a new facebook account. Do not use the same facebook you use at home. You will want to use your first name but come up with a different last name so they can not connect you to your life back home.

2. You only need a decent profile with some pics. This is not super important. The main goal of facebook is to keep track of all the girls. When using thaifriendly/tinder/etc... your goal is to get their facebook info. Only then will you have a decent idea what the girl is like. You get more than just a few pics to look at. It gives you an idea of what her life is like, such as does she actually have a kid. Girls are amazing at looking good in a select few pics. It is much harder to keep it up the whole time on their facebook profile.

3. Don't just use thaifriendly or tinder. You can do as gework said above. Just start searching on facebook for girls around Bangkok. Find anyone attractive and add them as a friend. You will be surprised how many girls will happily add you. They are often happy to chat with you.

4. Take the time to look at their profile. If you see she has tattoos, a kid, etc... unfriend her and move on. You don't need to be dealing with whores or single moms.

5. The girls you like move them over to Line. In the Philippines it will be Viber. Do not clog your Line app with just any girl as it will be a time waster and you can't keep track of who everyone is.

By using facebook you can keep up with girls for years to come as you travel back to Bangkok in the future. You can keep an eye on their profile and know what is going on in their lives.

Your general strategy on thaifriendly to visit a girls profile and wait for them to message you is weak. Do you think the hottest girls are messaging guys? Of course not. You are waiting for the scraps doing that. You need to be proactive messaging the hottest girls. But do not just use thaifriendly. That is just one of many options you should use.

Doing all of this is time consuming. Is this the strategy I would tell every guy going to Bangkok. No. When you have forum members like Fisto showing up who is a very experienced guy, built like a tank, and a good with the ladies he can just show up. You should read his thread just for fun.

You are not experienced. So talking with as many girls as you can before you get there will help you out. Gives you an idea what a Thai girls personality is like. You need time to adjust your style as these girls do not respond the same way a girl in your home country will.

After your trip if you are successful or not go into the travel section of the forum and write up your experience. It will be helpful to other guys who are in the same position as you.

This is why you talk to the girls working in the shops to start out - or, hell, even exclusively - there are plenty. That is pretty much my bread and butter in SEA.

It also happens to be perfect for a dude who doesn't have much experience, as there is every reason in the world to be talking to a shop worker about whatever trinket, and you can go from there. It's not awkward for either party, and it will build confidence for him. As a bonus it is much more likely that the girl will speak at least some English compared to the random girls shopping.

I am not in favor of the internet bullshit in Asia in in general, given that almost all of them are skinny they all can appear "decent" in a photo with the right angles. Then you meet and are not impressed, as is often the case. Or they are a semi pro, or some other issue.

When you go seek out girls in real life you can know you are attracted to them before you even begin. There are no guessing games or meetups that you want to escape from.

And, if you are meeting girls who work in the mall 10 hours/day, 28 days/month as they do, you know they aren't likely to be a ThaiFriendly whore or part time bar girl. Now, that's not to say I have anything against those girls - I have partaken many times - but if I can choose, I prefer the girls who have not been proactively seeking out farang dick.

If i was your age and your experience i would just use tinder to make dates with 18 - 22 age girls. As you most likely wont be be comfortable doing day game or solo night game i would set lunch/dinner/drinks dates and go out to Route 66 a few times. Post in the meet up forum and meet some forums members at route 66 on a saturday night or something.

As for TF just message the young cute girls that live in Bangkok, 60 is way too many no way you can keep even 5 of them warm over the next 2 months. Best to focus on gym and style now then when your 1 or 2 weeks away from arriving go back to TF/tinder to get line id and have fun convos/set up dates.

You will love it there.

Best advice in the thread. Dude, start honing your game skills in your home country and just talk to women when you get there.

If you focus too much online your next thread may be "I got taken by a Thai ladyboy!"

This is why I suggest getting their facebook as the first step. You can usually see years of pictures they have posted and know exactly what you are getting before ever meeting.



GlobalMan I understand that you don't like the internet bullshit in Asia. Totally understandable. I am not a huge fan of it as it is so time consuming. However this is advice for a young guy who probably has lots of time on his hands before his trip. Going online is going to improve his chances of meeting more girls.

Guys like you and I who have plenty of experience in Asia and most importantly lots of time the strategy is different. But when a guy has limited time in a country I think using online is the going to help his chances.

I strongly concur with GlobalMan. Don't waste your time to begin with on Thaifriendly or Tinder. The risk of catfishing is too great also if you aren't used to what Asian girls look like.

If one "girl" straight up asked to have sex, it's most likely a ladyboy or a prostitute. Keep this in mind, women don't suddenly change all laws of nature because they live in Thailand.

RCA all night, every night if you are ok with clubs. See if you can find a wingman or two. You will have a much better time with young fit girls there and keep in mind their ideal hookup with a foreigner is exactly a 20 year old Swede. Don't try for sex same night. Just get numbers and follow up.

It's not a good place to do solo though, so I hope you can find a wingman somewhere, either on the forum or some other online group.

I'd be very happy to be 20 years again in Thailand trust me. Just stay away from preying prostitutes and ladyboys.
