I wouldn't know. We broke up about four years ago and that happened about three years ago. She called me soon after it happened (only reason I know about it at all) and have only talked to her once since...about two years ago.

I know very well Kharkov and passed countless times in this street, and crossed countless times in this traffic light. I am still struggling to figure out how can someone loose control of a car here. I wonder what stupid speed she was going. I already saw the footage of the killing made in a nearby street camera and I think it is too much NSFW to post in here. Seems she was also on drugs.

Worst part of all of this is that nothing will happen to her, not because of some pussy pass, but because she is the daughter of an oligarch, and worst case the dad will pay some ridiculous 20 or 30k usd to the family of each victim.

Yes, someone in Ukraine can feel very safe, the center of the cities are lively, full of hot girls, muggings are rare, no shady guys soliciting drugs etc...but the true is that human life does not have the same value as most places west.

A similar thing happened in Toronto, though she only killed one person. She fled the scene and attempted to get ger car repaired, i.e. cover up the crime and destroy evidence. She got caught. I predict she'll get off with time served:
