I had this issue with my pecs that pissed me off.I'd get really puffy nipples but it would come and go.At times it looks like I got bitch tits when I wear a T shirt .

It could stay for weeks then be gone for a few days or vice versa.

I started intermittent fasting and noticed my pecs were normal and no puffy nipples.

I experimented going Gluten free for 14 days and my chest was normal no bitch tit T shirt look.

I then ate gluten once.Bloody hell next day I had puffy nipples again.I then did 3 weeks Gluten free and ate gluten once again with the same results.

So now I've totally stopped gluten and the problem has gone away.

It's pretty tough to stay Gluten free when you go out but I can wear Polo shirts now (it's summer here) which use to look shit on me.Also less bloating all round and no pimples behind my arms.
