Do certain girls just don't have the ability to chase?
They just don't chase a guy their entire life?

Let's say that you become the source of validation, gave her some room for her to chase, even teased her a little bit to create that sexual dynamic. (+any other variables that is supposed to make a girl chase...)

Do certain girls just NEVER make moves in their life?

It's not that girls don't WANT to chase, it's that most don't HAVE to chase.

Most women can sit on a bar stool and get approached constantly. There is no shortage of men that will want to buy her a drink.

Example: I was out at a bar in VA and saw this group of girls huddling at the bar. There was one girl with a white board and a sharpie who was getting approached like crazy because people were curious about what was up. She apparently had throat surgery and was writing all this shit on the board to answer questions. The smug look on her face said it all. She was reveling in all the attention she was getting.

Plus, traditional gender roles have taught both men and women that men are supposed to make the first move. That has become engrained into a majority of the population.

Women can also be really shy and intimidated by a guy they like. You will get IOI's the entire night but if you aren't the one that makes the move, she loses.

Ideally you have to be high enough value compared to her before she even considers chasing you.
However for that to happen, you probably wouldn't think twice about her if you were that high value

I know very good-looking muscular guys and they do get approached by women for sex. But essentially he is a 9 and gets cheap sex by a young (or most often older) 4-6. 8+ don't offer him easy pussy - even 7s barely ever happen.

The same goes for being a celebrity - your SMV is just so incredibly high that 8s can approach you, but that is because you are somewhere in the 10-12 SMV level way beyond anything that a tall model-looks self-made millionaire can attain.

Actually I disagree - we men don't have any hypergamous instincts ingrained in us.

We chase young, hot and fertile girls. We don't even care about SMV per se - we care about fitness, youth and beauty as the trifactor.

Male 9s will fuck young 7-9s and may even settle for a 7 or 8 for a variety of reasons that are concerned with her personality. Also men will chase less the super-good-looking woman with status while women don't care - they go for it non-stop - fat girls approaching tall mode-looks hot men all the time.

Of course, when I say SMV I mean sexual market value, which is different for men and women.

High SMV for women is slim. young, fertile, feminine and pleasant.

A few other ideas that i thought to add here

In my experience and talking with some other friends of mine, IF a 8+ approaches you and you aren't famous or dont't have any reason to have crazy high SMV. Run.
There are plenty of threads here that show hot girls being bat shit crazy just approaching a guy and it turning into a shit show.
