Met a pair of international students who recently came to the USA. Got the number from my target and had a good conversation with both of the girls (both laughing, smiling, wanting to know more about me).

They invited me to go out to go to dinner with them and their other roommate. I agreed.

Later that night I texted the girl and said "It was nice to meet you." She replied to that with a bunch of compliments (said I was nice, handsome, funny).

I'm starting to wonder if I'm just a "novelty" to these girls since they've never met an American guy before. I tried to get the girl I liked to come out for a one-on-one date. She declined (for reasons that I do somewhat believe), but she did restate our initial plans for Friday and that she was looking forward to seeing me.

So here is my question:
What are my chances of banging this girl since she's bringing her friends? The girls are Korean, and from what I understand bringing friends on a first date isn't that strange for Korean girls. I also don't think the girl would still want to see me Friday after I asked her on a one-on-one date if she wasn't interested.

I don't mind being a "novelty" if it means getting pussy, but just being a monkey for these girls is gay and a waste of time.

It's not strange for korean girls to do this with guys they don't know well.
I'd flow with and see how things go.
If you think your game is good enough to deal with all the girls at once roll solo but if not then invite a guy friend or two that also has game so they wont tank your chances with the girl your looking to bang.
Suggest norebang and have a fun time. Get them to teach you korea or get them to sing for you in korean.

Korea is still a very conservative country by some measures, and some Korean girls are very prude. They may be very far from thinking of doing something merry with you.

I agree. I don't think it's necessarily a bad sign she wants to bring friends. I speak basic Korean, which they really like haha. My only friend with game is out of town this week, so I think I have no choice but to go solo. The norebang is a great idea though, because I know for a fact they all want to drink soju, and drunk singing is a great way to loosen up and get comfortable with each other. I'm also wondering if a first date bang is possible when they're coming as a group. What would be a good strategy to isolate?

Yeah I have a good amount of experience with Korean girls. Some have given it up in the first few days after meeting them, and some make you work for it. I'm probably lucky I've never been completely frozen out before. It also helps that I speak decent Korean. I'll definitely need a commitment from the girl to a one-on-one interaction if I decide to invest any further time with her.

Don't bother trying to go for the 1st date bang. Just have a good time but show more attention towards the girl you like so you dont get friendzoned on accident. The other girls will get the drift and possibly give their approval of you to her for not being kinda scummy and going after every single girl there.

I have quite a bit of experience with korean girls thats why the advice i gave OP only pertains to korean culture.
Korean girls are different from the generic western tinder/pof/bumble girls.

I can tell kinjutsu has considerable Korean experience That is going to be my rough strategy. Try to build attraction, let her know I'm definitely interested (some VERY light touching, take a selfie together), but schmooze the friends and gain their approval. Rocha is right when he says women are women, and they all want a high status man. I just think Koreans' concept of high status is different than American girls. They don't want a playboy chad. They like guys with money, who can drink a lot, and dress nicely. They don't really respond to being "masculine."

I'm also a medical student, and Koreans think doctors are the shit. I just hope they don't ask me about all my student debt...

Another think I'd like advice on:

This girl is taking INSANELY long to reply to my texts. 24 hours or more and then she might text me twice over the course of 3 hours. I considered this a bad sign and wrote her off completely, but when she replies she's excited and generally gives off the vibe that she is interested in me. For example, when I asked to meet her one-on-one, she took nearly 24 hours to respond, and during that time I chalked it up to a flake. When she finally replied to say this week she was too busy at work, she apologized but said she still wanted to see me Friday. She's an intern for a Korean company, and I know for a fact getting off work at 10-11 at night (hell even working overnight) is completely normal for them.

So is her slow reply time a bad sign? Or maybe just caused by her English skills (complete shit) and work schedule?

Girl inviting her friends for dates is no longer a problem for me.

It's a problem that can be solved logically. If you simply have no better other Day 2 (a girl willing to go solo with you) options, then just go.

It doesn't matter if her friends don't like you (not likely). Because you have NO OTHER OPTION. Why worry about something you can't control?

Whereas if it turns out her friends like you & become your allies, you're in. I'll try to bring a wingman along if I can, but if not I don't care I'll go check it out.
