I always wonder how a woman can let herself get fat. A guy maintaining or gaining muscle has to be careful of the diet, lest he end up like a chubby powerlifter. A woman literally needs to be only skinny or average, and even the hunks will chase her (e.g. Madonna is still getting 21 year old men).

The urge for food to women is the only close equivalent I can think of with sex with men. Women irrationally crave food just as men irrationally crave sex. The key is that on the journey to becoming a man it is critical he gets some sort of balance or cap on controlling his urges towards sex. Modern women no longer have the requirements to curtail their urges towards food and simply just gorge and gorge and gorge when the chains are off. There is also the reality that women use food as an emotional tampon and with more unhappy women who are lonely with cats and not living a truly fulfilled feminine life with a strong man, they will simply fall into food traps where they binge routine during more and more recurring emotional letdowns.

With having two older sisters, working almost exclusively with women at one point in my working career, and living with two women I have seen first hand these "food binges" where literally bags of candy and a tub of ice cream will vanish in one evening, all washed down with a bottle of wine. I remember my roommate would routinely demolish a whole quart of ice cream to herself. Then when she hit the brink she would engage in dangerous crash diets where she would do liquid diets and do cardio 3 times per day. I asked her why she just didn't eat in moderation and just enjoy a treat now and then and she just looked at me like I was crazy before going on excuses.

If you just eat normal food such as rice, vegetables, and chicken/fish it is almost impossible to get fat. I rarely see women eat normal foods. It is either fad shit like deep fried vegan avocados and sugar-packed Acai bowls or she is literally living off gummy bears.

I didn't realize she's only 5'2 in those older videos she looks a lot taller.

That's the risk with wifing up a short girl, way easier for a 5'2 girl to get fat than a 5'10 girl.

Their biology is a strong driver towards weight gain. It's a necessary survival mechanism for routine pregnancy to build as much fat as possible. In evolutionary times they were never capable of gathering enough sugars and carbs to reach dangerous weight levels so it wasn't an issue.

That said, it's still no excuse. My evolutionary biology tells me to steal the women of other dudes that I'm capable of killing, but we live in a civilised society now where I'm supposed to suppress my desire for conquest by blood and women are supposed to suppress their desire to eat 15 pounds of gummy bears simply because they can.
