Im 29 now, no friends left, social circle basicly non existant, low quality shit job and It feels like its fucking over, for some reason.

Only positive thing is im going back to university in september, thats about it.

My life is fucking hell and days like these I just feel hopeless.

End of whine rant, but things are not looking good right now.

What led up to your current situation? Did you just waste your 20's getting drunk and doing nothing? Are you addicted to drugs? Are you broke? Do you live in the middle of nowhere? Some more background information would be helpful. You're only 29, it's far from over yet.

Worse, I spent it working a low quality job, living in the middle of no where and doing shit but basicly playing computer games wasting my life.

Clean up your diet. (Chances are you are feeding yourself garbage)
Get in the gym, put on muscles (Lift until you look like you lift)
Drink plenty of water (Drink water until your urine is clear, scales for body size)
Stop staying up late with video games, social media, YouTube ( No electronics within 2hrs of your bed time, and no electronics in bed)
Stop fapping to porn (At the most you should fap twice a week in the shower)

Follwo these rules and your life will start to make sense.

The reason why your social circle is gone is because people don't want to socialize with you.

1. Clean up your room. Set aside 15 minutes every day to keep it clean.
2. Go to bed early at a set time every day.
3. Wake up early at a set time every day.
4. Set aside at least 30 minutes a day to exercise. Doesn't matter what kind of exercise, just pick one and do it every day.
5. Prep a weeks worth of healthy food. Get rid of the junk food in your house. Commit to eating healthily 80% of the time.
   

Do this for a month. This is not a big list and they are all things within your power to start doing right now. And when I say right now I mean RIGHT NOW. Within a month these habits will be engrained and your life will be at least 25% better. Some time within this month, get rid of your computer games - give them to a friend. You're too old to play computer games. While you're at it get a haircut too and take some pride in your appearance.

Check back after one month.

Also, if you're going back to college at 29 that's a great place to be for meeting women, and an awesome age to be for that as well. You'll have access, you're certainly not too old to date college chicks, and a significant percentage of those girls will prefer an older guy.

I'd be psyched about that.

And yes, as u figured, never had a strong male figure as my dad died of cancer at age 46 when i was only 11, and my mom is ur typical super feminine over protective woman which have resulted in me being a kid in a mans body.

Life only sucks if you are not moving in the right direction.

Stop competing with others. Nobody cares that you're going to university. Only do it if you can't stand the thought of NOT going to university.

Then go through this checklist:

Step one: accept that buying stuff does not make you fulfilled.

Step two: accept that becoming something (be it ripped or a non-fapper) won't fulfill you.

Plenty of ripped dudes who bang a lot of chicks who end up shooting themselves in the brain.

Step three: figure what you hate the most about your life and do the exact opposite.

You are disgusted by sitting alone in your room all day? Do the opposite: work work work to get together outside with many people. Run groups, potlucks, meetups, volunteering.

Do you hate being broke because it limits your options? Start chasing money so you can at least do something if you so desire.

Step four: realize it's not about the outcome but about the chase.

You will only realize this if you do the opposite of what you despise and learn to trust your intuition.

Stop with the feel good shit. OP you should feel like shit you fucked up and put yourself here. You feel like shit because you need to do something about it.

Do all the good habit shit. It works but doing it alone won't get you anywhere. You can stop jerking it but you'll still be a broke shmuck.

Major something useful in college. Stem, programming, or some kind of high level sales after college.

Engineering would work really well for you. Older engineers actually sometimes have an advantage getting jobs.....And in 4 years everything will have completely changed. It's really pretty easy if you do it right from here.

Get decent grades in Mechanical Engineering or something similar, and get a job at a mid-large company. You'll be set from there. Saw it happen with plenty of guys in engineering school in their late 20's/early 30's after military and such when I was in college.

Then you can pop bottles at the clubs and get drunk on yachts.

Suggest reading The Mindful Attraction Plan by Athol Kay, it has the answers you are looking for. Basically cut the negative shit and focus on the positive. First thing to do of course is lift.

Thanks alot for your help, actually If its one thing I do Its lifting, Ive been doing it since I was 17 and Im very very ripped and strong, so thats something positive.

My diet however can use work, Ive mostly cared about eating tons of protein and then whatever thruout these years, I can make it way better for sure which will most likely help with mental energy too.

Exercise, vigorously and consistently. It's the number one for me for changing mood/lifestyle. As you look better you become more attractive to both sexes and the confidence will come from that.

After that, clean the diet up if it's a mess, don't drink for a while and see how it impacts you.

If location is an issue, move.

The university is a great step.

1. wake up

You need a fresh start and something to snap you out of this depressive mindset. For me one of the only things that really works in a situation like this is travel. I don't know your financial situation but I think you should try to pull together a couple thousand dollars and head to South America or South East Asia for a month or two.

This will give you a new perspective on life and expand your horizons. Getting yourself out of that small town, even briefly for a few months will do a load of good. You'll meet a lot of people along the way as well.

Then when you return if you still want to go to university you will be better prepared to make that decision.

Think about the fact that you are most likely still suffering far far less than every single one of your ancestors, with only possibly your parents and maybe their parents as an exception.

Everyone else before that had it pretty bad, and they beared it.

Hey I think it doesn't really make too much sense thinking about earlier times and how they had it worse. You now need to take action.

How come you worked 7 years as a fork lift driver, that's just said.

But either way, you said you are starting university? When? And where will that university be? I'm guessing in a bigger city, so that will already solve many of your issues.

Not sure why, i just went along doing something which gave me money in a village i didnt have too many options without an education.

I also played tons of world of warcraft so i didnt care about nothing but gaming.

Then the years went by.

Im starting 25th of august, big city yes and active student life. Ill major in nursing specialising in anesthesia.

Why nursing? Do you have a passion for cleaning up other people's shit? Or did someone sell you that it's a good career?

It is, from what I understand. I have a friend that's raking it in as a RPN.

But - why are you doing it? Why not a trade? How are you paying for this education, and what's the bottom line? Are you going to come out with $XX,XXX in debt?
