Washington, D.C, Tourists
Roosh has written about day game in bookstores and grocery stores. And everybody writes about how the nightclubs suck. But what about systematically meeting tourists? For example, a girl is visiting a friend for the weekend, and wants to get drunk or party and "have fun". This seems ideal for guys who don't seek long-term relationships.

You can ask "Where are you from?" at museums, monuments, and other tourist attractions. I just saw discounted tourist bus passes at Goldstar (similar to Groupon). But it would be better to have more lively, alcoholic party-oriented events. Similar venues should exist in Vegas, New Orleans, or any other tourist city.

Any ideas for locales?

I've thought the same thing about D.C. There are actually tourists everywhere. Isn't there a hop-on-hop off trolley that runs in the city? Maybe that's one way. Or perhaps figure out if there is a hotel a lot of tourists use (something relatively cheap, but central, and not in ghetto area). Of course there are bound to be many walking around the national mall and the Smithsonian area.

People primarily go to places like Miami, New Orleans, or Vegas to party (or other cities like Chicago or NYC).

The vast majority of tourists in DC are fat families moseying around the mall with maps and ice cream in their hands.

IMO there is no point "focusing" on the tourists here in DC. The best looking people are in Arlington or the hip areas of DC like Dupont circle, and they're overwhelmingly locals.

Tourists who came to DC want to see the museums, not party. I almost never ran into tourists staying for only a weekend after dark, so it's gotta be day game.

there are some people here to party but they are usually just here visiting friends and you will rarely find them at both the bars and nightclubs and the daygame spots. they may go out and get shitfaced friday, lay around hungover saturday, then do it again saturday night, but you probably wont find them out at the smithsonian in the afternoon

Hang out outside the hostels and crash the pub crawls.

I've met quite a few girls in DC who were from places like Philadelphia, Richmond, etc. and are visiting their friends to "party" - perhaps for the perceived superior quality of DC nightlife as compared to their home cities. Hard to bang, as they only stay for the weekend and their friends watch and make sure they drag their ass home with them.
Also a lot of students from colleges like VA Tech, UVA, James Madison, etc. come for the weekend to visit their friends who go to the DC colleges like GWU, American, Georgetown, etc. These congregate around the college bars, though, and tend to hook up with other students.

Best ones seem to be of the ones who've moved to DC recently and haven't fully settled in for too long yet. Like a year at most. Girls who're visiting their friends for the weekend and are with a BIG group are hard cuz of what K-man described. Now if they're with one or two other friends, and they dont' seem to be come together, ...leave together mentality...WHOLE different story!
