I think a man doing this in the hopes of getting more action is setting himself up for disappointment. There are absolutely no shortage of players with massive harems with avg to below avg units. Gene therapy for humans is just coming of age. The problem right now is the price, we`re talking about millions of dollars per treatment. This will accelerate dramatically the amount of money that goes into the field, and the more people that are treated the cheaper it will become as I mentioned.

For penis extension specifically, it could probably be done with the current techniques, but the problem is really on the financial side of things. Also big-pharma does not like gene therapy, since it can be used to actually cure disease, threatening their business model of keeping people in a state of disease as long as possible in order to make money.
