I didn't see that many good looking black chicks when I was in Atlanta. Maybe I didn't go out enough while there. In any case I seriously need to start considering a change in setting to one of the cities mentioned above. Black NJ chicks are nowhere near this level of potential.

I see chicks like this in Detroit every weekend. I would rate Detroit slightly lower than Atlanta in terms of best looking black women hands down. Wow, I was absolutely floored when I passed through ATL awhile back. You're definitely the first person I've heard say that about black women in Atlanta. There really is no better place for these type of women in the US IMO and I've lived in cities with huge black populations including now.
