When the woman says she has a boyfriend, there are 2 possibilities:

1ª In fact, she has a boyfriend;

2ª She's lying to get rid of you.

When this guy went to talk to you, it could have been, actually, her boyfriend. Or she asked a friend to lie that he was her boyfriend.

The next time a woman says she has a boyfriend, turns away, goes away and never looks in her face again.
