so if she is half Filipino half Turkish, does that let me tick off both on the notch counts, or neither, or is there some sort of hybrid notch system for the racial mutt-ery of western multicultural society?

All that matters is the country she was born in. If she was born in the U.S. but half turk/flip, you get an American flag.

It's an objective system. Only one flag possible per girl, regardless of her ethnic mix.

So if she was born in, let's say, Panama, but has American parents, would she count as a Panamanian notch or American?
