Lots of funny comments in this thread.

Roosh's blog laments the state of current society and how bad it is for marriage-minded men. Yet most of the comments here suggest that you guys are not against marriage because the laws stack the odds against you but because you're anti-marriage in and of itself. Which is it? Are you against marriage because our society has enabled women to be selfish bitches and that finding a gem is practically impossible? (Maybe DD found that gem.) Or are you against the whole idea of attaching yourself to one woman for the rest of your life in and of itself?

As for how she looks, it's smarter to marry down if you're looking for an actual 'wife'. Marriages are supposed to last 40 or 50+ years. That pussy, no matter how good it is today, won't be all that attractive 10 years down the road. You better have a hell of a lot more than how she looks as a decision to marry someone. I agree fully with Smoker's statement. The qualities to look for in marrying a lizard are not the same ones one looks for when trying to fcuk them.
Choosing a life partner based on looks solely is a very bad idea. Does she regularly pass the boner test? Yes? Then, test for her principles. Does she share the same value system as you? Yes? Move on to the second stage.

Marriage is supposed to be for life. She should have good genes and principles that make her value the man as the protector.

I've dated and fcuked lizards that are top ratings (8's, 9's blah blah) but after I've nutted, if she has principles I can't stand then she gets uglier by the second.

It's up to the individual whether they choose to lace lizards for life but to say oh I'm only going to marry a 9 is a baaad move. A 9 doesn't have to be with the most alpha male. The gold rush mentality of the PUA community has become sickening. I just did a little search for info on Style(Neil Strauss) who wrote the Game. At the end of the book, he pretty much dismissed the PUA community as a bunch of soulless freaks with no ambitions other than their next hook up. Then after the wild success from the book, he decides to capitalize on it by offering up some manuals and DVDs called "Annihilation Method" which he was selling for almost $4000. He made only 375 copies and supposedly it was to be his final contribution before he left the game forever. It sold out fast from what I heard, unbelievably. That's $1.5 million dollars and from what I just read, it was rehashed bullshit like "who lies more" openers. Then he began offering $100,000 3 day personal boot camps. Now he's doing something called Stylelife Academy. These guys are a bunch of sleeze bags. That people will pay that kind of money for manuals and videos shows the tremendous power that the promise of pussy holds over men. It's sad that dudes that don't know any better are getting milked like this.

Look at this line taken off Style's page:
"Imagine every time you leave the house, having me whispering in your ear, leading you step by step through my new methodologies so that you can't get rejected."

These assholes are promising men that they cannot be rejected!! I guess any guys stupid enough to believe any method is rejection proof deserves to get milked.

Can't speak for Neil Strauss, but Mystery has game even when he's not doing routines or looking like a complete weirdo. I bet he pulled more and better ass than the vast majority of this forum. And he isn't ugly either. If Strauss' The Game is any guide, Mystery was not in it for the money initially. Of course, once it became evident he could make money, he pursued that.

As for DD, he's a decent looking guy especially for his age, and is pretty wealthy, so he should be able to do well for himself. Of course, this girl may well have a personality that he finds exceptional.

For 9s it might be different, but let's just focus on 6-8s. I think your advice is bad because the correlation between entitlement/bitchiness and attractiveness isn't that strong within that range, of 6-8s. You can find 6s who act like princesses and 8s who don't. And even if the connection were stronger, it's not like it's impossible to tell which girls are going to be a pain, and which aren't.

A bit off-topic, but what gives girls bitch shields is exposure to unmoored men. When they start going places where men approach them relentlessly, whether it's a bar or OKCupid, their "self-esteem" goes up. Everyone here likes to pile on betas as the reason for women behaving terribly, but I'd say alphas are at least as guilty, especially in the nightlife scene. Obnoxious behavior within an established relationship may arise because no guy has ever set her straight or called her out. But the frostiness upon approaching is because she gets approached so often. Please expansiate on this. I am not certain that an alpha approach to a lizard would cause her to be frosty. I suspect it's the method in the approach. By not allowing her to become enamoured off of the attention and setting her correct when she shows signs of flaking from the onset, don't you think this discourages flaking from lizards?

Tried to edit my post to clarify that he's a clown, but not because anything he sold was wrong or bad advice. Just because he did not stay true to the path does not invalidate his teachings. One of his major tenets was building a "mastermind" or collaborative effort for any goal, and he did not hide the fact that his ideas came from other guys with more experience. I'm disappointed to see how he's turned out but not unsurprised. This is one of those times where you pour out a bottle for your single friend who got married, cuz the guy you knew is dead.

This is a bit much. Nigerian scammers send out anonymous emails asking for money in exchange for more money. These men offer goods (books, pamphlets, dvds, tapes, etc.), or a service (workshops, seminars, etc.) for a price. They put their names and faces to what they offer, and you can even meet them in person. Only the individual can decide if the good or service was worth the money they spent on it. They merely offer advice and/or coaching. That is what you're promised. The results are also up to the individual.
