I never heard of this show until recently (I dont watch HGTV) but learned about it a few weeks ago and have been recording and watching a lot of it. Basically a person or family is moving to a new country, they hook up w/a local real estate agent, tour 3 properties and decide which one they want. Its an interesting way to learn about the real estate in the cities, and some of the people have interesting stories. Some episodes suck but if its a city that you have an interest in or have been to I'd recommend checking it out.

I watch it occasionally. Not really my thing just because it is so family oriented and the families make me cringe. I do enjoy seeing the old rich guy throwin down a few mil for a property and then you see his wife who is 20 years younger than him with a baby in her arms. You just know motherfucker is gonna get taken to the cleaners and lose his new dream home lol. Also, the old dudes in khaki shorts, Birkenstocks, and tucked in polo/Hawaiian shirts just kills me.

I saw some guy buying a sick condo in Barcelona just last week on that show. It went for millions.

Yeah I watch House Hunters International every so often.

A few months ago I saw an episode which featured a single guy about 24 to 28 years old who worked in the oil industry in Alaska or Canada. He saved up a bunch of cash and was looking at houses in Ecuador. He ended up buying a house or condo and I think it was about $180,000 USD or so. It reminded me of a few of the guys on here.

I just watched one on Poznan - I was hoping it would be Roosh...I could just see the intro now...

Roosh has traveled around the world banging girls. He is looking for a place with room for a king bed, a kitchen, and near the bars for easy SNL's. convenience to day gaming spots a must, and an internet connection to work online game are also required.
