One of things that I keep coming back to with all of these "bannings" - your books & content, alex jones, etc - is that they are being done by those that support globalism, and the leaders of the whole mess, the United Nations.

You see, the United Nations has this thing called the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" that they strive to follow, and force on everyone globally. This is the document this is the basis for all of their "immigration" crap they are pulling on Western countries, specifically Article 14, section 1, which states:

"Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution."

Granted they also ignore Article 16 about marriage between men and women...but that's not important to them really.

Now, the part that I think of with relation to banning people from platforms, is Article 19:

"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

There is no way that any of the social media platforms that are banning people for their content are not in violation of Article 19.

This is obviously more related to being banned from a media platform such as Apple, Facebook, Twitter, or Youtube than from being banned from a publishing platform, but at the same time we also have to realize that Amazon has become to published materials what the rest of the social media platforms have become compared to the town square.

If anyone can think of a way to start using the tech companies violations of article 19 of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (yeah - it is the UN, but use the enemies tools against them, right?) against them, it, at the very least, could cause some heads to explode.


One other thing that keeps gnawing at a small part of my brain from time to time is that these tech companies are in violation of their agreements to hold IP space and domain names. Part of the original charters for the organizations that manage & issue IP addresses and names contained references to the free and unhindered exchanges of ideas and opinions. If that is actually the case still, then by banning anyone because they present ideas and opinions that are not "popular" represents a violation of their agreements and charters. Need to look into that one a bit more as it has been years since I was involved on that side of the fence.

The ban prompted me to get the audiobook directly off Roosh' store too. It makes a world of difference being narrated by Roosh himself, much better. Finished the first chapter on my walk to work. The intro and delivery is great and delivered with a delicate touch of humour.

This will probably backfire, like everything the mainstream has rolled out over the past few years. I had no intention of buying or reading any Roosh books. I've read one of his articles on RoK and remember one of his posts here. Just picked up the life work pack of 19 books.

I hate being the "glass is half full" guy , but I think this is the best thing to happen to Roosh since he lost his virginity. I have seen this story reported by Tim Pool, Twitter, and almost every major news outlets and the coverage is almost all in Roosh's favor or siding with him. My brother who never heard of Roosh and works 12 hour days(he is a busy man) asked me about "the Amazon book ban" today- he knows nothing of the manosphere, PUA, or MGTOW but he now knows Roosh. Joe Rogan will be mentioning this soon -mark my words, this is about to blow Roosh's profile up and ultimately make him more money. I just walked into my local bookstore- wearing a suit on the way home from an engagement. I asked for another book, which they carried, and then acted like I had to look up Roosh's name on the internet (the clerk was a clearly a feminist girl with tattoos and short hair so I knew this had to be handled carefully). I mentioned that the book isn't carried on Amazon, and then I spelled his last name out first, and then said "I'm not sure how this is pronounced" but as I began spelling it she said "Roosh?"

She kept her frame friendly, probably not knowing anything about the author. Or perhaps to not alienate a polite, well-mannered, well dressed customer.

They are able to order the book from a platform called createspace. I asked about createspace- I learned it's apparently an alternative platform to Amazon for self-publishing.

She consulted with the other clerk, a nerdy male I recognized from the store, and he explained that whatever fine print she was seeing in the system meant that the book was unreturnable, and had to be paid for in advance of the order, and something else about the profit they make on the book maybe.

I told them I'd be back within the next couple days to pay for both books.

Funny. Grade school journalists think that if you put outright slander in sneer quotations you can just claim "it's not slander, we're inferring someone else said it".

Definitely think you should sue them, and if they posted that in any social media you should sue them too. Do a search for them in google with your name and if it returns that headline you can sue google too.

If there is a legal principle or case history that can be applied state it plainly.

There is not, because if such a thing existed then an appeal against censoring or banning would already be winding its way through to the supreme court.

This shit gets really tiring. When conservatives scream about their first amendment rights owners of the tech giants laugh and laugh and laugh, because they know that it a dead end road for the conservatives. You want a straight run at the end zone but there's no way through that defense. You can choose to smash yourself against it pointlessly or you can choose to go around it. Those are your options.

I bought Game directly from Roosh today.

It's unfortunate that Amazon is in the position where by doing this they can threaten a man's living.

We have the internet, it should be possible - and it is but not quite enough - to dis-intermediate.

When it comes to product discovery these middlemen are still essential.

I hope Roosh can still sell enough copies on his own until this gets sorted out.
