I know a lot of people say "no" because it's not penetration and A LOT of women especially cop out with that argument.

While I can see their point (it does make sense in a lot of ways) I am in the camp that sucking a dick = sex. It's called oral sex for a reason. However, I would take a woman who has sucked a dick but never put out fully over a woman who has had 12 partners before 30.

There’s levels to it in my opinion. With that being said a virgin by definition means she hasn’t been penatrated vaginally.

Catholic high schools gave me a new understanding as there were many of these types...to me the levels go as follows.

1. Ho virgin-does everything BUT have vaginal sex. Anal, head, hand jobs, etc.

2. The I tried it virgins. The ones who probably gave head and maybe TRIED to have sex but it wouldn’t go in or she chickened out.

3. The innocent one. The girl who sometimes thinks about sex but very scared and somewhat innocent. They haven’t done anything besides kissing and MAYBE nudes . I’ve met girls in their twenties that are like this and they’re VERY attractive. Usually very feminine.

4. The prudes, these are the girls who find sex disgusting.

I can only see one reason why men would care about a woman's virginity, and that is that he wants to be the first and only man she has any kind of sexual relations with, and additionally that statistics seem to show that virgins are less likely to file for divorce x years later (though personally I would always have the suspicion that in this day and age in the west, and many other parts of the world as well, a virgin much older than 18 is such an oddity that she would most likely start wondering sooner or later what she might have missed out on compared to her female friends. Unless you have her "locked away" in a small religious community in the countryside - not how I'd imagine wanting to live my life neither now nor when I was 20 years younger).

As such I would consider that virginity lost at a maximum of a blowjob, probably even a handjob.

This. Virginity isn't about the hymen as much as it's an innocent attitude. You can lose that attitude without having intercourse.
