Recently I read part of the book Models by Mark Manson, which is subtitled something like "attracting women through honesty". It's a good book if you are not an extroverted Casanova. While loud, alpha game may work for others, there are other types of girls who will prefer something less colourful.

Previously I'd had the mindset that if a girl is attractive that I'm interested in her. From the start this gets off on the wrong foot, as I was already invested. So when I would find I have nothing much to talk to them about it's a bit demoralising. And this would be with the type of girl culture suggests we like: loud, sexualised thots. You can't help but be attracted to them, even if they also disgust you.

So now I treat it as "she's hot", but I can tell from her appearance and demeanor she is probably not compatible with me. So you can talk to them without any investment. It's just another woman and if she doesn't like you it's how it is and you move on.

It turns out that the most attractive women, usually through various effort and expenditure, happen to be more vapid, more extroverted, more fun loving, with lower attention spans. And it's too far away from me to be likely to get anywhere.

I can see how someone like NoMoreTO might find Colombia a better place, despite the obvious land mines and if you frame as he outlines. They probably have some decent soccer mom material knocking about - decent, hands off wives who will keep themselves in shape.

A native form the forum suggested that wife material can be found in the up scale club.

Yes, intelligence is important.
I certainly don't want to have children with a woman who drinks, smokes, does drugs, etc. because that will cause birth defects.

I don't judge true, meaningful intelligence by standardized tests and hours in a classroom. What practical real world skills and habits will she teach the children?

I'd take an "uneducated" woman who worked her way up to manager of a Jollibee over a woman with a pseudo-intellectual Bachelor of Arts degree/MBA view of the world.

No, I am not advocating a wife cheating on me. I'm not sure how you read into this from the quote above, you actually dropped off my next sentence.

Its a bit of a sidebar from wife hunting, and a bit of a ridiculous contrast, but the point is that a girl knowing the bible inside and out doesn't make her a good wife, or even a better wife if you want a religious family.

Yes, it would be nice if you could get a girl who took it that seriously, but really if religion is important, she just needs to be a mom and defer to you. Yes I see what you mean. But I don't want an intelligent woman for the purpose of discussing quantum physics or rocket science... I want an intelligent baby-mama for the following reasons:
1. Almost every metric in my quality of life becomes better.
2. More intelligent offspring. One cannot take into account only one of the two factors - BOTH nurture (education) AND nature (genetics) are important contributing factors.
3. I find it intolerable to spend an extended period of time with unintelligent people, and that includes women. Almost every conversation and situation is a punishment.
4. Perhaps it's my own unique taste, (but with all other variables identical) I genuinely find intelligent women to be more "beautiful" and valuable. Physical beauty decreases with time, this is a fact, but mental beauty last as long as they have their cognitive ability. This is an interesting point you made which deals with the correlation between the fact that societies with more educated women = lower fertility rates.

Which is why the type of culture and the type of education that a woman receives influences her suitability as a wife/mother so much. Increasingly in the world today multiple elements of society (culture/media/hollywood/peers/workplace/social media/single mothers etc) depicts motherhood and femininity as bad things. Also, tertiary institutions has been infiltrated by parasite leftists, therefore the education that women receive in the universities is often propaganda as opposed to real education.

But one must not conflate tertiary education to equal intelligence. There's a level of correlation, for sure... but a better description could be "intellectual curiosity", those who are curious about learning tend to seek information out themselves... hence why a lot of us are here on RVF for example. I think this curiosity or hunger to learn is fostered first by the parents. Hence, why the type of mother is so important.

This is a big topic so I won't go further into it. I'll just summarise by saying - I've discovered that there are still certain countries that exist where there is a higher chance to find intelligent feminine girls, compared to other countries.

Great thread, will take time to read from the first page.

I'll be doing tours of EE in the next few years. As I wrote in another post, I'd have to want to live and integrate into the culture, if I was to have kids with a foreign woman. The flip side of that is if it is even possible to integrate. If need be, it has to be a place I could be ok with living in, though I prefer living in my country.

If I don't manage to find a wife in EE, I'll probably just stay a bachelor and continue living part time in tropical countries. The only way I'd go for marriage with an asian chick or similar, was if I would live there and I don't think I want to live away from the rest of my family again.

Intelligence is incredibly attractive. I have had multiple girlfriends, a couple who deemed 'gifted'. Many of these girls are educated and career oriented etc etc. Also, they can outsmart you! haha. Agree totally intelligence is beautiful, but I have to classify it as a 'want' and not a 'need'.

As I hit my late 30s I am more keen for slightly above average intelligence, with all the fertiility, low notch count, and all of that. Stupidity can be very frustrating.

Kids need a stay at home mom, if the smart 130 IQ mom is at work, your kids will be with 90IQ teachers assistants all day who don't care.
If you have a 105 IQ wife at home, that might be better. Its a balancing act.

I believe you in general thinking correctly. A couple points we should discuss.

Any woman who purports to know the bible and is finds homosexuality acceptable is not a Christian, nor does she know the bible. I highly recommend that men of any abrahamic faith use this topic to gain insight into how a woman thinks. Deep down every person must choose between faith and culture because these two things often conflict today. My line of questioning goes like this in some form.

1. Do you believe the Bible is accurate and the word of God?
2. Do you believe in Heaven and Hell?
3. If you know a person is about to drink deadly poison, would you tell them?
4. Is it possible for a good person to allow someone to drink poison and die because telling them it's poison is uncomfortable?

THIS line of questioning should lay out the correct and official Christian and Catholic view of Homosexuality. It is a mortal sin not unlike adultery, and if a person embraces it and revels in it... then they will go to hell. It should be your future wifes position that loving a person who has homosexual tendencies requires her to tell this person openly that it's a grave mortal sin, and call this person to repentance.

To my opinion any woman who states that she is of the Christian, Hebrew, or Islamic faiths, and refuses to tell gay people that this lifestyle is acceptable is not only a liar, but also an evil and unloving person. No loving person would watch you drink poison and tell you it's Ok.

Everyone is a bit different in what they need from wife. To be honest, beauty is lower down my list than a lot of other guys.

I will leave you with a final thought. If I were back in the wife hunting mode, now that I'm older and have traveled the world more... I would not look very hard for a life partner in South America. I understand this line of questioning, if you are religious it will separate them out pretty quickly. My concern would be that you could come across as a dictator when you should be charming them early on. Early on you are dropping some value tests and questions to size them up, but keeping things light so they build trust and connection with you.

When I look at the line of questioning, if done early on we are getting to this level of religiosity that we might as well be running "Church Game". My impression of "Church Game" is slim pickings. If you want that and the IQ, plus some boobs things get difficult. To me I would want a regular girl who has a solid faith grounding, family oriented, fertile, 105 IQ, nice boobs & decent home skills. When they get pregnant than they fulfil their role and become better human beings closer to God according to religion if I have my religion right.

Still always good to consider these discussions and how they roll out on a practical basis. I recently was telling a girl that really a wife is a man's property. Iranian women are beautiful, and have a grace to them. Beautiful hair and often very nice features, and figures. They just have to be on the body hairscaping. I have had the pleasure of dating a few, I find them incredibly charming, elegant and classy.

I once hired a painter from Iran. He told me that he would take me to the small towns in Iran and I could pick out a wife very easily. All virgins, he said the most beautiful in the world. An appealing offer, Good quality women. But to me you either get a muslim, or a modern type. So its a hard row to hoe. Plus Farsi is hard to learn, and I already know Spanish.

So, I explored this option deeply. I would estimate that about 30% of women in most Muslim countries do not believe in Islam or like it at all, and perhaps another 30% also don't believe but support it for cultural reasons. So, your odds of picking up a good wife are signifigantly higher than some place like the US where 90% are either obese or whores... or both. Columbia can't be that much better than the US.

Anyway... you are probably locked in on South America. However for the other guys reading this... I suggest at least considering it.

Intelligence is important up to a point. I'm not sure that drinking and smoking have much to with intelligence, though. Bad habits are more a product of psychological problems like depression, a compulsive-addictive personality, low self-control and/or bad parental/peer influence.

If your children's success is important to you, beauty and sociability are probably the most important traits. The greatest opportunities in the spheres of dating and career go to those who are likeable, attractive and good at making friends.

Being too smart can isolate you and make it harder to conform to bullshit trends and beliefs that you need to at least fake in order to get ahead.

I've always considered that having a propensity for questioning and intellectual inquiry are strengths, and in an objective sense they are. But they're not the best qualities for being successful and happy in life. If you're more of an analytical and intellectual type, it might be better to find a woman who can pass complementary qualities onto your children.

I would never convert to Islam or give an inch.

Iranians can be converted easy, I've had 2 relationships with Iranians and in both cases they were very convertible. Almost self converting.
- Christianity is way more positive than Islam

Had an interesting experience, considering what we were talking about on this thread.

I went out with a girl tonight for coffee then some food.
-Lives with her mother, brother, and little sister.
- Has 6 older half brothers
-She cooked breakfast and lunch for her family today.
-She cleaned her house today.
-Goes to church weekly. Doesn't read the bible.
- Complained about evangelical protestant women going to church looking slutty.
-Wants to have babies. Listed it in her list of 2 current goals along with finishing a educational program she is in.
-Very conservative, guaranteed low notch count, you can just tell.
-Father is a farmer, mother divorced him for constant cheating and -being hit. But he visits them once a week.
-Speaks 0 English
-Nurse, works with kids, volunteers with poor disabled kids
-Has never left the country and is scared to leave her mother.

Walking back to my apartment, I realize that this girls is a sure bet. 25 years old, chubby, no perfect features but she had kind eyes and smile. The only major issue would be she might have zero adaptation ability to Canadian life.

Really the marriage question is always bargaining the level of attractiveness with what you actually want in a woman. If you drop your attractiveness level you can literally have everything you want sometimes.

Right now, I could just detach myself from trying to bang top notch babes, and be happy with a simple girl who treats you like gold. It's hard to change is the truth. She has a car and is going to take me to a pueblo next weekend.

Intelligence is incredibly attractive. I have had multiple girlfriends, a couple who deemed 'gifted'. Many of these girls are educated and career oriented etc etc. Also, they can outsmart you! haha. Agree totally intelligence is beautiful, but I have to classify it as a 'want' and not a 'need'.

As I hit my late 30s I am more keen for slightly above average intelligence, with all the fertiility, low notch count, and all of that. Stupidity can be very frustrating.

Kids need a stay at home mom, if the smart 130 IQ mom is at work, your kids will be with 90IQ teachers assistants all day who don't care.
If you have a 105 IQ wife at home, that might be better. Its a balancing act.

It's not necessary. I would never convert to Islam or allow children to be of that religion. I think EndsExpect is about right. Islamic countries are like they are because of the men. The women are often the sweetest little things you could imagine. I spoke with one who was wearing a hijab (I think enforced by law) who called herself an 'agnostic Muslim'. She thought her men were useless.

Another I agreed to marry (did not happen). She didn't believe in anything much other than the few nice parts and a few customs. She believed in Ed Sheeran more than Allah Akubar. But she was very equipped in what a lot of what many guys here want. She said how she would cook and clean for me and be my secretary. When she asked why I pulled up the Pew data and she said "Fake News!" That was the end of it. She understood her children wouldn't be Muslim. She was more interested in them being 6ft with blue eyes and without her standing in the background with a black eye.

There is a site called AfroIntroductions (or something like that). Quite popular. On that you can search for women who accept polygamy. Mostly they're from Ghana. On IQ. It's obviously important for most, and I agree. And it's very difficult to find someone who is both notably intelligent+ and also feminine. I can see the advantage from my extended family. Recently I've seen the value of a soft patriarchy in a girl's background. Her family has set out the bounds for her association with men, which is the highly regulated and must go through the father. Very importantly family is the most important thing to her, after anything else she wants from life. Everything else is red-pill and she's smart. It's made me realise how girls without the correct parental instruction have failed massively in compression.

My other option for this year was a Russian I met last year. I broke off communication with them when it seemed it was no good. Not too long ago she emailed me and it was hard to not get drawn back in as she is very delicate and naturally beautiful, as opposed to kitted out. But starting a family is still not first for her. When she said she was planning to move to Moscow it became apparent there was little reason to talk to her. She's too Westernised.

If a girl doesn't have a strong birthing drive then something's gone wrong. These highly regulated girls have strong birthing drives as they are cut off from the carousel, often IG, revealing clothing and attention, feminism and so on. All the energy thots waste on attention whoring, living free and experiencing is channeled into picking a good man and having his babies.

IQ is important. I agree it is genetic and can't be taught. So are looks & health, your kids can be smart but the breeding stock will spiral if they are unattractive physically.

What matters for happiness is values, social skills, and family. For success: intelligence, looks, work ethic, & family money.

You can wife up a high IQ wife who is unattractive, and have unattractive kids who are unpopular at school.
Their life will be hard your boys will never get laid in 2050 dystopia no matter how much digital currency they have.

We can isolate any characteristic and say how important it is IQ, Beauty, etc.

EDIT: Also, if you want a high IQ kid, really a big key is the number of kids you have also.

Yeah the doc was fairly even-handed. The younger guy was delusional. He works at a call center and really has nothing going for him, and he's wife shopping in a really materialistic culture. He's gonna get eaten alive. At least he lost his virginity though.

The other two guys seemed more down to earth and found girlfriends/wives more within a realistic range of themselves (one was older, one was a single mother). Also, both of those guys met their women in every day life, not through an agency. I think that's pretty key. Seems like it could work.
