Just suck it up and get on with your life, plenty of people in much more stressful and irreversible spots than you.

Yeah man I kept thinking about it and I realized I let my fears of the unknown out control to a point it started fkkng up my social life. I will face whatever comes head on.

I think I've resolved my issue a bit I think.

Why did you return to Toronto? My advice is to go somewhere else for your next vacation. Different country or continent, warmer climate. When I lived in Toronto, after some time I found myself losing interest in talking to people in general, everyone was so fake-nice and politically correct.

I'm scared to talk to girls as well. Most of these broads have nothing interesting to say and talking to them is fucking torture. When a meet a woman, or a man for that matter, who is capable of having an interesting conversation, I get genuinely excited cause it seems to damn rare.

You want to get over your fear of women, find a way to spend more time around them. You'll find most people to be so painfully trite that being scared just seems absurd.
