The film is 'Withnail and I'.

In the UK - watching the film is like a rite of passage. It marks the point at which you officially become a teenager so to speak. It is amazing (and really funny) on so many levels. It is about 2 unemployed actors in the late 1960's. Who smoke lots of weed and get drunk alot.

But it is also about friendship, youth and the passing of an era. And it is incredibly funny.





Also - George Harrison remortgaged his house to ensure the film got made.
