Hanging out the next day
At the bar last night I was approached by a girl, who's number I grabbed after about 10 minutes (maybe less) of interaction. I would have stayed longer, but my friends wanted to head out to the next bar. Before I leave she says "Text me your name". I didn't know if that meant now or later, but I end up texting her 20 minutes later with "Hey it's Seth". The rest of the conversation went something like this, with comments added:
Her: Hey! (Didn't expect a response, was just giving her my name, but she sounds excited).
Me: How's xx treatin ya?
Her: Pretty nicely! Got into that secret party thing haha
Me: Damn I should have stayed haha. I'm done for the night, but will be partying for the game tomorrow. I know some stuff going on tomorrow or I may just drink at my frat house. I'll hit you up though.
Her: Ya ya for sure. What's your frat?
..........
Me: No worries. Nice meeting you though. Night
Her: Night!
This convo took place from about 1230-245. In the convo above I talk about pregaming the football game, which I talked about with her at the bar and said we should hang out together before it. So I text her the next day to try and hang:
Me: Hey there
Her: What's up?
Me: Drinking at my house with a few people. You?
Her: At my friends place doing the same. About to hit up xx party
Me: My friend went to xx party a few weeks back and said it was crazy. He said it may be tough to get in today, but if he can get me in I may go.
And it ends there. What seemed like strong attraction from her initial approach towards me and the text conversation that night really fizzled out the next day. Maybe she got really drunk or something, but she has yet to text back. I usually never try and meet up with a girl the next day, but she doesn't live around her (comes down on weekends) and the football game provided a good opportunity to get together. I knew she would be partying on Saturday so I didn't want to wait until Sunday when she would've had the chance to meet a lot of dudes at that party.
Don't know if there is a point in texting her again either. She was cute and I have nothing to lose, but it may just be a waste of time.
Any advice about how to go about a situation like this?

What do you mean - "And it ends there"?
She didn't even reject you in what you quoted from your text exchange. And you didn't remind her about your plan to hangout either.
You have to take the initiative and push for the meetup. You can't expect the girl to take the lead. Be more aggressive.

I guess I was just so caught up in expecting her to continue the conversation thinking she was dying to see me again. Instead of making BS small talk I should have just pushed for the meetup. I didn't want to double text her so I just waited for a response from her, which never came.
Any chance of salvaging this? Regardless, thanks for the feedback.
Yes, there is a chance. Text her again today.
Send her a low-investment message. If it's a nice day out, you can say something like "Goddamn it's beautiful outside. How's your day?" This is an exact message I used on a girl this weekend and it worked.
You could use anything simple like that though. Brief statement, then ask how her day is.
Once she replies, you can gauge her interest. If she says what she's up to and asks you what you're doing, you can pretty much go ahead and ask to meet up. Make it as soon as possible, ideally the same day or next day.
