So...human bodies are fragile and there are millions of ways to die. For example, she has a heart attack, she asks you to choke her and you go too far, she drowns from your nut, etc. If that occurs, do you:

(a.) call an ambulance even though she's already clearly dead?

(b.) call the police (which may do you more harm than good depending on what country you're in)?

(c.) call some local colleagues/goons to help you figure out what to do with the body?

(d.) Just leave the country and make believe it never happened?

(e.) Something different?

I would call 911 for an ambulance and do CPR until they arrived.

"Clearly dead" really isn't for you to decide unless her head got cut off or her heart and/or other vital organs were lying on the floor. And I would seriously question your bedroom kinks if things turned out that way.

So, alot of the guys on this forum travel around SouthEast Asia and Eastern Europe. Would you call a lawyer from your home country or would you call a local lawyer?

Also, I understand what you mean about it being less likely if the girl is in good shape and not old, but there are literally endless possibilities of ways to die (i.e. you bang her so hard that she bangs her head on the wall and doesn't recover, you bang her in the bathtub and she slips, etc.).

I assume most of you want to avoid any sort of fault or jail time. Please consider that you may be in some country at the time where you will be thrown in a cage and not allowed contact with the outside world.

Sidenote: I am pleased that most of you so far have said that you'd do the "right" thing.

I suppose I would call the local US consulate and ask for advice (after alerting the local EMS equivalent), or have my lawyer in the US do it. I'm not going to try to navigate the local legal system without any help from people that share my culture.

It's not that easy to kill someone in a freak accident. The human body is fragile but people don't just trip over their shoelaces and die except for those one in a million cases.

Don't squeeze a girl's throat directly or try to make her black out--I'm not saying don't choke or squeeze her neck at all--and don't fuck around with bondage gear you don't know how to use safely, and odds are very good you'll never give a girl more than some strained muscles and a sorry pussy and/or ass.

Yep. OP asked if you call a local lawyer or a lawyer at home, and I say lawyer at home to interact with the embassy and get me a vetted local lawyer if need be.

I'm not about to roll the dice on a lawyer I saw on the side of a Lima bus bench for this one.

Let's say you were in a foreign country and assuming you didn't actually do anything criminal: would you try to handle it there or would you try to return to your home country?

At first blush, staying seems like the obvious answer. But remember that the consulate may not be as helpful as you hope and America (assuming that's your home and you're a citizen) is not likely to extradite you unless they have a really good case.
