Question about Moldova and race

It’s probably no question FSU countries are pretty anti Turk/Arab. Will race be an issue in Moldova? Are the women easy?

I’m hawaiian Japanese Brazilian Filipino US raised. I heard Romania likes asian looking men, but also hear Ukraine is mostly white preferred. Will race be an issue in Moldova and can I get away with just English
