The Trump positive attitude effect
Does anyone else feel that having the Oval Office occupied by a good decent man, the national expulsion of the criminal Clinton family and the America hating Obamas simultaneously, is having a positive effect on your future plans?

Are you:
Going to go into politics as it is not all darkness any more?
Start a business that you may have left on the shelf?
Not leave the US as you may have planned before?
Leave behind "fear" of speaking your opinion?
Any other positive change on your future plans?

Accomplish goals.

Definitely left behind fear of speaking my opinion, though I'm still sensible not bringing it up at work or anything.

I have more hope for becoming a writer, self-publishing on Amazon. Who knows, I may even catch Vox's attention at Castalia House if I get good enough.

RE: The Trump positive attitude effect
What's changed the most for me is my outlook on having a family

I am growing less fearful of approaching females and being accused of "harassment" . This leads to me improving my game quicker.

Which leads to me banging sooner

Which leads to me wife hunting sooner.

Which leads to me having a family sooner.

This has my mood improved overall because I value having my own family over anything else.

If Hillary got in I believe that would have been the final nail in the coffin to the original "American Dream".

I would have heavily considered switching career paths and becoming location independent (leaving the United States off and on to bang hoes, not worrying about false rape accusations and all that crazy shit) and wife hunting would just be that much harder ( if not impossible).

So yes TRUMP being elected has change my future plans for the better. It's now wait & see to what he will do to change the culture and the regressive left laws that are active.

FUCK BITCHES, GET MONEY.........START A FAMILY, BE A GREAT FATHER

Yes! Although ironically enough I watched the inauguration from and am currently in Mexico.

I'm now planning to keep at least one foot planted in the US as far as residence, and will be keeping my business plans based out of my home country also.

Also today I broke what has been a significant barrier for me and got a number from day game (I've been kind of a pussy about approaching and avoided it for a long time). I have to give credit to Cr33pin's excellent podcast with ThisIsTrobule for making day approaches seem natural and easy, but I'm also going to say there was some Trumpian "shut up and get it done" influence.

MAGA!!!

RE: The Trump positive attitude effect
This effect has really hit me since the election. Even more so the last 48 hours; something I've really been mentally wrestling with. I had left the states in 2014 pretty downtrodden with no hope of there being a cultural or economic reverse. I absolutely fell in love with South America where I exiled myself only coming back to the US to visit family. Love it so much, I've often envisioned myself living there the rest of my days. I'm set on returning pretty soon down there. Since Trump's presidency and his vision for the future I'm pretty torn. Really motivated, but also torn. Had Hillary won, I knew what my future would have been. The devil you know is better than the devil you don't. With Hillary it would have been the same ole' same ole. The only certainty would have been uncertainty. I would have known I was staying adrift outside the states wandering aimlessly. Free as the breeze and riding where I please with no incentive to ever return to make another go of it. Completely divorcing myself from my country.

A man can't help but love the land of his childhood and feel a sense of duty to build it and defend it. And now we have a real leader who resonates with all of us. There's two sides of me. My patriotic side and my personal convictions wants to keep myself planted in my native land, with my own people who I know, take a stand, and stick it to the left and cuckservatives who broke our dreams and have wreaked carnage and faggotry across the land. I have nothing but visceral pure and perfect hatred for them. What better way to take revenge than to successfully rebuild, find a good (relatively speaking by US standards) born and bred red blooded American gal who can handle a rifle and ride a horse. Get back to work, raise a family on Christian principals and create little warriors for future generations to carry on our way of thought and help MAGA. To give any kids I may have the family, love, discipline, and guidance that I never had. Hopefully leaving a legacy behind and children who can run with the torch. Which if I'm honest with myself, was, and still is my true dream. For that is the true natural desire of most of us; especially Americans. But the carnal side of me just wants to stick my neck out for no one and fight only for myself carrying on my drifting ways. The problem is I'm just so terribly jaded. Visiting home and driving through familiar streets it's mostly just broken dreams and bad memories. To return to a life fraught with risks I no longer have it in me to take and living inside of a giant pressure cooker. The times I've come back from abroad to the states I'm more and more of a different man. Unable to relate to even my own family let alone old friends. Like a foreigner in my own hometown, completely out of place.

As much as I respect and admire Trump, Obama also talked a good game that got him into office. The difference with Trump is he's a man of action and has born the fruits of his labor and influence to back himself up and inspire true confidence. Still I ask myself what if Trump does us dirty? What if he does do a good job and the cultural tide begins to turn, but somehow fails to get reelected in 2020? If he finishes one or two terms, then what? What if some cuck or socialist gets back in the Oval Office and we're right back to where we started and it was all for nought? Is my way of life now worth giving up? Adventure, traveling, and meeting exotic women is amazing, but at the end of the day it's all vanity. Even fairly incongruent with my own beliefs in many ways. Something that may eat away at my soul the longer I keep going. A man with nothing to fight for, or sacrifice I don't believe is complete. But to fight for something, you need to believe in it. Maybe one day I can again. I love America, our history and all that it stands for. But once a man has left and started down the road and has developed wanderlust, it's not easy to make a U-turn. I quite enjoy this new life. Plan now I suppose is just to keep myself parked outside the states and monitor how things are going. Feel a bit disgusted saying that as it's like I'm waiting to join the winning team instead of putting in the effort myself from the get go. But, it is what it is. I put enough already and was driven out on a one way ticket.

Que sera, sera.

God, Family, Country. The three things in life worth fighting for. Except for God; all are dead. Now it's just me, the road and God. Don't know where it will lead, but for right now...
May there always be a road!

RE: The Trump positive attitude effect
I'm already a very confident, positive minded individual due to my dedication to fitness and TRP.
Trump being officially inaugurated is a whole different beast though.

I now have real hope for my children's future as American Citizens.

During the 8 years of Obama's reign, my concerns were massive and I felt extremely uncertain about the Governments influence on my kids lives once I am gone.

Yes, definitely - although Trump's path to the White House has had repercussions for me that others have commented on. I feel some pleasant disbelief but immense gratitude. For years, I had psychically felt a cloud of doom of shifting proportions which feels nearly dissipated. I have to caution myself to believe Trump can 'make everything right' - we all know better than this. But Trump isn't just one man, he represents the will of the majority of Americans through a carefully-constructed process that prevents (or limits) cronyism and despotism. Those useful idiots who claim otherwise haven't felt real oppression and hardship.

It seems a fair number of US-based RVFers are from immigrant families, or are from generations of blue-blooded Americans. We understand the value of work, the virtue of reason, the necessity of honor. We can't afford the irrationality of what has become 'the new left' under the false and disgusting misnomer of progressivism. 'Love Trumps Hate'? Give me a break! We have no one holding our hands, protecting our jobs or our income or our rights - we have to do it ourselves, and we are!

I grew up saying the Pledge of Allegiance every day in elementary and middle school. I don't know when it stopped, but I don't recall saying it in high school (Clinton years?). I had felt some stirring of God's grace in church but that often felt dulled by the incongruity of many churchgoer's behavior. But I NEVER felt anything but pride, admiration, love, and boundless gratitude for the sacrifices the men and women of America have made to create and protect this country and our rights. Even if I had to struggle to come to my own understanding of God, Spirit, our human yet divine nature, I knew only in a place that valued the individual person's rights could I explore all those questions without fear of having my voice silenced or my life extinguished.

I've lurked here and on ROK for some time before feeling I had something to offer after benefiting from so much knowledge and experience shared by my brothers around the world. Both before and after discovering ROK and RVF, I'd traveled overseas several times. Most recently, I saw myself as becoming a real man with awareness and tools to create a life I could be proud of. Before this election, I had seriously considered relocating to Eastern Europe which was an easier possibility since I have family there. I could run my business anywhere, though with more red tape and challenges than in the English-speaking world, and have enjoyed living in that area to varying degrees. Honestly, if Hitlary had been elected I can't pretend I'd want to stick it out here and 'fight the good fight.' I've read those threads, arguments for and against and would have to make my own decision. I stopped feeling at home in America during the late 90s, and my first visit to my mother's homeland brought a wave of love and peace that completely took me by surprise. I fell in love with the country first, and then met a woman who treated me better than anyone I've ever known. I fell in love with her, too - and even extended my trip 8 weeks along with considering how I could shift my life overseas to escape the growing darkness. But all that changed a few months ago...

What this election has demonstrated to me is the resiliency of true American patriotism. People across racial, sexual, economic, and religious backgrounds understood what was at stake - many of our members and leaders in the manosphere plus others meme'd and spoke truth-to-power to present what was happening. I have great admiration for the courage of Julian Assange and the power WikiLeaks had in correctly informing the people of corruption and dirty dealings. What I had felt for years as a bleak despondency and resignation to evil, marxist, globalist machinations had quietly but powerfully been building into a resolute counter-reaction of righteous indignation and rightful American pride. It was only on election night when all the 'surprise' results came in, the state results being called in, that I realized I wasn't alone, especially living in the mangina-ridden, feminist hellhole of coastal California. People had started to wake up, and the proof was at the ballots. Not the fake news polls, but the ones that mattered. Even with the endless manufactured absentee ballots, protestors bused across state lines, old media lies and collusion and debate rigging the true Will of the American People - the real Spirit of America - could not be denied. When I went to bed on November 8th, I felt like the darkest and heaviest cloud had been lifted from my soul.

In the morning, the news was still there, the truth was still that Donald Trump had received enough - a large majority of electoral votes. I started to feel more hope - was this really true? Had we found our grey champion? Whatever the challenges we may and will face, we did have the right man for the job. There could be no one else - Strauss and Howe had written of this years ago and I had read the words. Now I was seeing it happen in front of me. History was working through its cycles, with new players and a new script. There was indeed hope and beyond hope the reality of what had happened and what we believed could continue happening to Make the Spirit of America Great Again! There had been enough caring, intelligent, aware Americans had voted their conscience to turn the tide. The real American people had indeed been 'triggered' by the corruption of the globalist puppeteers, spoken through decades of lies and un-Constitutional, un-American, degenerate policies / actions / inactions of candidates both red and blue. This was beyond party lines - it was an election that went to the heart of WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AMERICAN? As Off the Reservation said:

Quote:America is the only country in the history of the world based upon ideas, not geography, race, or accidents of history

I felt the result of this election and the clear swing in broad public sentiment was also a message from God, for me personally and anyone who was in doubt about the possibility of taking our country back. The message felt like this...

'Stay. This is the country of your birth, the country your mother's family and your father came to separately. This is the story of many who believe in life, liberty, and the ability to create their happiness. Of those who value love, trust, community, compassion, and stand up for all they hold dear. The strangers who you smile at on the street and who smile back, the simple kindnesses you receive and give every day. The underlying trust in the justice of good men and women who are of the same heart as you. No matter the color, size, shape, age these people are your kin, living in different homes but still part of your extended famly. Don't you feel it? Stay. This is their home, this is your home. Now do the work you know you must. Have courage my son, feel me in your heart and know I am always with you. I always have been and always will be.'

RE: The Trump positive attitude effect
Definitely happy that Trump's in office. I agree with most of his platform which is far better than both Sanders and Hillary "Thundercunt" Clinton and seems to be based on common sense instead pie-in-the-sky liberal ideals.

Obama's presidency didn't affect my game. Or my job. Or my money. Or my health. And I don't think Trump's administration is going to have any appreciable affect, positive or negative, either.

I've always spoken my mind in public in groups of people especially if I think the other are wrong...didn't need to hide behind Trump's coattails to laugh in the face of political correctness before and I don't need him to do it now.

During previous administrations there were some days, I just want to sleep till noon and do nothing but play video games and do nothing.

Since Trump is elected and especially since he is acting president I wake up every day at 6 am and start the day with reading news about what he has done and comments on him in this forum while drinking hot tea, then I use the positive charge of these news to boost myself trough the day and get many things done in my own life.

Also, previously I made my mind to never travel to USA, now I am considering moving to USA with long term goal of becoming a citizen. If Trump gets reelected and fulfills most of his promises in first term, while Europe remains cucked, I will start to act on these thoughts.

RE: The Trump positive attitude effect
Definitely. We all saw where this country was going before Trump came into the picture. If Hillary Clinton won, our existence as straight males would become close to illegal. We should be grateful everyday that Trump is president.

After my teenage years I've been rather productive and ballsy but since Trump came into office I found that I've become even more so.

The truth was that I had been losing hope the past few years. I was just keeping my head down and improving myself in all aspects like we talk about on RVF. My end goal was to bounce and leave the US because I didn't see a future for myself here.

Daily I'd see some leftist garbage that made me believe the founding fathers were spinning in their graves.

I despised the PC culture and having to censor myself, wondering what the fuck was happening to the US. Voting for Donald Trump was the only time I've voted in my life. I went all-in, bet on Trump, and tried to convince everybody to MAGA. I showed people the screen cap of my first bet on Trump from December. I lost 'friends' and was told that he was never going to win and I was wasting money.

On election day I sent a mass text telling people it's time to MAGA. I remember one response saying that after election night Trump would have no dignity left. At around 2 AM when PA flipped, I laughed in their faces.

So yeah that I'm more upbeat and positive about our country's future is an understatement. I'm fucking ecstatic and grateful for having Donald Trump as president.

I like Obama and I like Trump. For me, the only difference is which cable network is complaining about the President, and what the policies are.

I'm just glad Hillary didn't win. The email scandal destroyed her credibility in my eyes.
