I recently had a girl I had no interest in whatsoever right up on me; if she was attractive or interesting I'd have gladly went out with her, but she wasn't so I didn't.

Fuck that, why should I have to settle? I'm especially not going to settle when I'm already seeing someone whose more interesting, cooler and better looking already. Then there's also the fact that I live in an affluent area and a lack of local competition means a prospect pool full of blue-chippers is just a night out away, settling is not an option in this case.

Now I don't believe in leading people on; it's wrong and shows a lack of spine (probably why so many girls do it). If you're a man, it's your responsibility to not lead people on (try being successful in business if you believe in leading people on), since we're born with something women lack, it's called integrity and it comes from our testicles. I think the time from the meeting until the time I shut it down was about a week, which is hardly bad; I had a few other lines in the water that needed to be reeled in (and of course it's not at all unheard of for girls to lead guys on for months, but that's okay...for some reason).

That said, it's inadvisable to lead a girl on if not for integrity's sake, but because if a girl's sufficiently taken with you, her texts and calls to you will be even more pathetic and bothersome than the worst beta male's text and call game. If you want to see first hand how irritating girls find beta game, try leading a girl on.

So what happens after this? I get bitched at by a friend of the girl...what the fuck? No 'Well I'm glad that you met someone you like.' or 'Well she's really cool, you should give her a fair shake but if you don't that's your choice', just a rain of whining and bitching by some mother hen. After that point I knew I dodged a bullet.

Now I'm not talking about leading girls on...you shouldn't do that. I'm talking about rejecting girls outright. If you haven't done it, you should really get on that; it's a nice little rush that gives you a boatload of confidence and is a great way to flip the script. I'm not saying be mean, just be honest. Try it out sometime, for maximum effect try it in front of another girl you like.





Oh, and on the topic of leading people on...what the fuck? I do it (does a week even qualify as leading someone on, because I don't think it does) and I get chirped up and down, but whenever a girl pulls that shit (and the lead on is a pretty common shit test) you hear 'Oh, she has lots going on.' or 'She's in a hard place right now, you should give her space'. I hate that shit, so much that I usually just drop the girl altogether.
