That would be a good idea but I need to recover my wrist because I broke it only 2 months ago. :/ But yeah I did go for a run and worked out my legs. And did some light rehab.

1. Working out will make you EVEN MORE horny. Especially if you're doing big compound exercises (like you should be)

2. And taking a cold shower is a far better idea than a hot shower if you want to de-horny yourself. That's what I did during a no fap challenge.

Lowering your testosterone sounds counter intuitive. Take advantage of the spike, I think girls can sense a guy who oozes testosterone and desire him more. If you won't masterbate and don't have any female leads then your in a bit of a tight spot and not the tight spot you want to be in.

Where do you live? Don't you guys have girlfriends or fcukbuddies? I assume you are late teens, early twenties? When I was around that age, I had an insatiable asian lizard gf that would never turn down the smash. Even on her reds, she was trying to get that nutt.
Go out and get a girlfriend. Even if she is slightly fat, get something and then immediately try and raise your stakes.

If you can get two so that while one is on her reds (or being awkward over some crazy female shyt) you can stroke the other one as a backup. Keep rotating them and we'll see if you still complain about high sex drive.

Hell, I'm going through something similar. I'm so focused with my projects that going out and sleeping poorly is very distracting, making me lose my pace and at least half of a productive day. The only thing I can think of is getting a low-maintenance "main girl" for a while, the only solution I can think for busy times.
