What's funny is these "progressive" wimminz have become exactly what they claim to hate about in men. 60 years ago it might not have been uncommon to see a "Are women stupid" headline without much resistance. The fact that people actually think it's ok to publish this sort of misandrist drivel today amazes me. It's a sign of how bad of an influence feminism has had on the culture and minds of our citizens - at least here in America.

I truly wonder how much worse the women of our society will become before we start to see a change.

I saw this on Roosh's twitter feed. This kind of article always pops up every time a prominent man gets busted banging some chick. So what. They trot out the same entitlement charge among powerful men, except men in all walks of life behave the same way. These guys may get more opportunities, but at the same time the behavior isn't unique to them. It's simply a man thing, and we do it because we can and want to. Busted chicks like the author treat this shit like it's some kind of mystery, or some kind of phenomenon that requires scientific study.

Still I wonder if there was a concerted effort to complain to cnn about posting sexist op ed pieces, if they'd do anything about it. Business sure jump when women get pissed about something, and I would imagine cnn has a more substantial male readership anyways...

Keep in mind who we're dealing with here.

This is in all likelihood a baby boomer, a member of the old guard of second wave feminists who launched the sexual revolution. They're the ones who created the system we're dealing with today. Many of them are quite proud of their efforts, and carry an intense level of ideological devotion to their movement. They truly believe that they "saved" womanhood, and even with that in mind they aren't done fighting. They never will be-their pride and anger is never going to die (at least, not as long as they live).

These women largely run our country now (vote at the highest rates, most loyal media audience, dictate the vast majority of our consumer spending, dictate where most of our nation's money goes, etc), so if you're wondering why our society seems to be somewhat anti-male, well...look no further. It is only a reflection of them.

Things will not change until the demographics do. This highly influential and powerful generation of women is going to have to age out and pass away before any shifts are seen. Their daughters are a) too few (they are being outbred, as are their daughters) and b) too distinct (quite a few are just not willing to adopt the militancy of their mothers, or never learned it) to continue the trend, so something will give. Exactly how much give we'll see is up for debate.
