This reeks of bitch manipulation. The baby-daddy is dropping off the kid, and the current fiance starts some shit with him and they get into it. Berry and Martinez are probably feeling salty because Aubrey recently scored a major victory in court, preventing them from moving to France with his daughter:

Berry either goaded/manipulated Martinez into starting this, or he did so of his own volition, but either way he was dead wrong. That's Aubrey's child - why should he just cave in to THEIR plans for his kid? And if the story is correct, they REALLY got into it, trying to do serious damage. Meanwhile, Halle's vagina was probably tingling like mad watching these guys fight, and her and Martinez would have probably had the most explosive sex of their relationship if he hadn't had to make a stop at the hospital. The fucked up part is she used this as an excuse to get a restraining order against Aubrey, making it harder for him to see his kid when they're in LA. Berry has been doing Aubrey dirty throughout the custody proceedings, using the textbook accusations that the kid was somehow less safe when she was with her father, etc. He had to have supervised visits with his own kid. She only wanted Aubrey to give her a pretty baby, and when she got what she wanted she tried to cut him out completely. Since she couldn't move the kid to France, she probably orchestrated this whole episode to make it harder for him to see his kid.

Something tells me that Halle is clingy as hell and annoying as fuck once you get used to her pretty face after a couple months. The kind that constantly wants to cuddle and kiss all day and calls and text the shit out of you. For some reason I just get that vibe from her in interviews. She also has slightly sad looking eyes that spell neediness to me.

Her looks more than likely give her the power to be able to manipulate the shit out of a lame which is probably what she did in this situation.

From everything I have read Halle Berry is completely fucked up and is likely incapable of having a stable relationship for a prolonged period. That being said, the best news in that article is that a judge denied her request to move their daughter to France. One small victory for justice.

If this latest story about how the fight went down are true (and this was my initial take on this), Olivier Martinez is straight thug. He was definitely pissed about not being able to run off to France with is bride-to-be and the kid, so he made sure Aubrey fully understood his disappointment. Aubrey is/was a model before this, but he career may be in jeopardy now. For Berry to sign off on the beating of her child's father, with the child present, is pretty sick.

I feel really bad for the guy who got beat down but which one is the beta? The dad trying to do everything to stay in his kids' life despite much public ridicule even before this incident or the guy following his movie star meal tickets' spoken or unspoken wish to completely humiliate and destroy the baby daddy?

Granted, both dudes are probably sponging off the bitch in some way which makes them both betas, but I side with the guy who swallows his pride to be a good dad over the guy trying to please some dumb cunt. If the baby daddy were one of my bros the boyfriend would be lying in a puddle of blood spitting out teeth right about now.

Though Olivier Martinez doesn't make what Halle makes, he has a pretty decent career of his own, so I don't see him as a sponge. She's trying to pick up and move to HIS country to live, not the other way around. Of course, Berry's reason for moving is that supposedly the child will be safer from paparazzi (as if the paparazzi in Europe isn't as bad. In fact, they may be WORSE). Bottom line, she's doing this to try to cut the dad out of his child's life. As for Aubrey being a sponge, well, Halle makes more, so according to the law, she pays. She had very publicly sworn off marriage, and wanted a baby by age 40. She purposely picked a pretty dude that didn't have her money or juice to have the kid with, because she figured when she wanted to be rid of him she'd get her way. She underestimated his willingness to fight for his parental rights, and now she's salty.

"...now she's salty." Haha, I like that! I never heard of the boyfriend before, figured he was just some bad boy who revs her engine. Even if he's not a sponge he's a tool for beating the guy. I think the boyfriend will definitely come out ahead on this in the end.

According to IMDB, at one point he was an aspiring boxer, but gave it up after a bad motorcycle accident. That explains why he was able to do that kind of damage, and also gives some credence to the fact that he may have instigated the fight. This was less of a fight, and more of a straight beating, with Aubrey basically being defenseless. After seeing these pics, the court granted HIS restraining order against Martinez. This is what happens when you deal with crazy bitches. Yeah, Berry is fine, but guys get caught up in that even knowing her track record. She's always been perceived as the perpetual victim, and I think she was reveling in what she thought would be her power over a man. When "daddy system" didn't give her what she wanted, she had her current man beat his ass.
