RoadTo100, did you hit any spots that locals go to or did you pretty much just go to Opium, since you said you went like 20 times? Places like Razz, Sala Apollo, El Row or Malalts de Festa?

Thanks Mikestar. I split my time between El Raval (1 month) and Barceloneta (2 months), the latter being about a 10 minute walk from Opium and the other clubs at Port Olímpic. Day-game wise I did basically nothing. Unfortunately this summer I was slammed with work (multiple software contracts) and so during the days I was exclusively holed up in one of the local coworking spaces. My buddy enjoyed daygaming at the Barceloneta beach though. He would basically walk the beach (enjoying the nice topless chick eye candy Banana) and then when he saw a good set he'd waltz over, setup his towel next to them, and indirect open after a couple minutes. No bangs from it though, but him and I are both daygame novices.

Logistically, having a place within walking distance of Opium wasn't a big deal. Most pulls we took a cab anyway because the girls would find it a pain to walk 10 minutes in heels. On the other hand, we saved a good amount of money on cab fare (or time if using the bus) by being able to walk there (and home on non-pull nights).

As for date logistics, I would usually go into El Born rather than Barceloneta due to better venues there. My go-to date spot was Tapeo del Born (small cozy bar/restaurant, sure to impress).

So I'd say anywhere in Barceloneta / El Born / Gothic Quarter / El Raval would be equally good since all of them are quite close together.

Hey natas, I actually keep records of every night I go out (to keep track of approach counts and results), so I went back through my records and here are the stats:

Bling Bling: 1 night
Malalts de Festa: 1 night
Shoko: 1 night
Pacha: 1 night
Opium: 21 nights

Bling Bling is probably the most similar to Razz / Apolo and it was decent, but again we were held back by the language barrier (much less so than Malalts though). For those that don't know, Shoko / Pacha are tourist clubs right next door to Opium (but not quite as big/good).

Honestly it was pure laziness that we didn't explore more. Opium truly lives up to its name --- the large quantity of hot girls there is addictive and keeps you coming back for more (despite the fact that we never seemed to quite get those particular girls). Given my 5 pulls from there (and my friend's 3 solo pulls in addition to our dual pulls), 8/21 nights there we got something which is just enough to keep you coming back for more.

Approach-wise, the two of us totaled 277 approaches across 25 nights (~11 per night). Since often we're gaming the same sets winging each other, on any given night each of us were probably talking to ~8 or so groups. Seems kind of low looking at it now (NYC approach counts were way higher), but those are the stats.

Funny though, my friend and I did set a new record for ourselves --- we brought two girls back on the *very first approach* of the night. Unforuntately, my girl was engaged and refused to put out but my buddy banged out her brazilian friend nicely (we heard through the wall Laugh).

RoadTo100, I'm curious about Malalts de Festa. How was it getting there and getting back from there, since it's kinda far from the general Ramblas area? Was the vibe good and welcoming or was it weird and super local? Still really want to check this place out and bummed I've never made it there.

Great data sheet as I look forward to another return trip to BCN next year.

Another great spot for day and even "evening" game was showed to me by a Ukrainian chick I meet there called Bunker del Carmel.

It`s a bit of climb up but great views of city and I saw tons of girls heading up there as this place is more popular with locals but more tourists are coming now as it`s away from the traffic of Ramblas.

In evening many people bring their own booze in a brown bag and was a great atmosphere but not a huge place.

If you speak game-level Spanish and are (or can pass) for being in your 20s, 100% check it out. As for what it's like... I'll try to set the scene:

After driving for what seems like forever, the cabbie drops you off in front a non-descript warehouse. After double checking on Google Maps that you're in the right place, you get out and see a pair of burly Spanish bouncers guarding the door. Though it's close to 11pm, it's eerily quiet there... The bouncers check your ID and as you walk in you start to question your decision to venture out all the way into the Spanish boonies on the one-off advice of an Internet Forum post from over 4 years ago...

As you look to your left, and then your right, a smile creeps over your face as it dawns on you that the RVF has better fuckin' intel than the damn CIA when it comes to pinpointing the finest young pussy that this entire planet has to offer. Immediately you see an absolutely gorgeous girl that looks like an even younger version of this:

Without missing a beat, you go over to talk to her. Spitting your very best español opener, you eagerly await the "Ay papi! He estado esperando toda la noche por ti" (Translate: "Oh Daddy! I've been waiting all night for you")... Only instead, after a moment, you are met with the most dreaded word that a novice-Spanish speaking player can hear:

¿Que?

Well, at least that's what happened to me Angel Seems my 2 months of Duolingo Spanish lessons weren't up to snuff. And from there I had a strained Google-Translate conversation w/ this girl who didn't even speak one word of English! I guess for these suburban girls it's almost like Catalan at home, Spanish as the "2nd language", thus making English just wayyy too much to hope for. At this place, even the bathroom signs were in Catalan: Nois and Noies.

Beyond that, the venue itself is massive. If it filled up, probably could hold +700 people. The Saturday night I went it was pretty empty, maybe 100 people or so, but the talent level was high. These girls were so young that they got the youth +1 bonus, making the 6s --> 7s and the 7s --> 8s. Everyone was very friendly, one of the young guys even "cold approached us", the obvious foreigners, and then began introducing us to everyone he could including his female cousins Laugh. Jordi, cool guy.

The bar tenders are all dressed in bright yellow bikinis, massive fake tits on each of them. The male bartenders, also dressed in bright bathing suits (shirtless), and about the size of Juan Ferrero. When some famous Catalan song came on, ALL the bartenders jumped on top of their respective bars in sync and started doing some sort of coordinated dance.

Pretty unique place, but again Spanish is required unless you have LINUX-level nonverbal communication.

Got here at 11 pm and hit Shoko and opium tonight. Some hot girls but these clubs aren't selective at all, or I'm just not good at discerning who's what here yet. But seems to me they let in lots of random groups of dudes. Definitely not selective venues. Some Spanish gopnik style dudes are scoring tourists way out of their league, if you are a high energy night clubs style dude then get your ass over here.

As for me tonight I felt I am too old/chill for this type of vibe. And it's not easy to solo. But yeah I see the appeal. Some hot young girls around and they're looking for fun.

Sucks that the city is full of seedy shady characters at night. Had to physically push two dudes and half punch a third while looking for my hotel in gothic area at night. And taxi tried to scam me .Very shady vibe.

Check out Eclipse Bar at Hotel W. 10 min taxi to Opium.

They don’t let everyone in. I made out with a 22 year old, Russian, medical student. Her friend was even hotter. My Spanish wingman took care of her.

Fyi, wear pants even if you balls are sweating in summer. They have a dress code.

Yes, if you’re looking for a classier venue than the clubs in Barceloneta, do hit Eclipse bar. Just beware the pros.

5 moron "bros" went to Sanfermin festival, and during the night while slightly inebriated meet a 18 years old slut that went with them to have a party. When they did not found a hotel that admited the group, they fucked her in a doorway and one of them stole her phone after the act. Then she later cried rape.

Thing is all went to trial, and were convicted for sexual abuse and no rape because there were no coercion nor violence. There are videos of the girl going willingly with the guys (she later told she was in "shock" and intimidated by them, and at leats one video of her doing an analingus to one of the guys.

All the uproar is because they got 9 years for aggravated sexual abuse and not rape.

^ Spain has quickly become a leftist society. The generational gap is massive, and it's only getting worse. Very disappointing to me

Been having a great time at the bars. All expat girls so far though.

Clubs have been useless for me, I'm finding it a bit hard to solo them. Would be an easy and great time if in a big crew but being a bit older/low energy and alone I'm finding it hard to adapt.

This is a great city. Quality in the streets is low and obviously drowned by hordes of tourists but a lot of hot girls at night.
Local girls are friendly but language is an issue.

Would move here but I think I would get zero work done between beach and constant nightlife.

Btw what and where is that clubber's row area that's mentioned in the OP?

I have to disagree with Beirut here (which I have had the pleasure to meet in the city very solid dude).

I think during the day there is a lot of talent but they mainly fall into the tourists/expat category so you have to be willing to target certain areas and don’t mind being around millions of people.

The most represented niches are:
- Latinas in BCN for work/whatever. Fairly easy to bang and mostly pleasant to be around. Loads of Colombians, Brazilians and Mexicans.
- North American and Scandinavian/Brits chicks living here/studying Spanish/visiting for short amount of time. They are not really my type but they are usually friendly and virtually all of them looking for the full "Barcelona experience” (e.g. getting loads of European dicks).
- EE girls, mainly Polish and Russians. Don’t have a lot of experience with them.
- Mediterrenean girls, rest of Spain, French, Italy etc. They are usually very open to get banged and you could do really well if you are blonde, blue eyes etc
- Local girls. Usually prefer Catalan guys but you can get some action if you live in the city and fluent in Spanish. Hardest to get if you are only here for tourism.
- Asian girls: I have seen a significant number of tourists that look Chinese to me but don’t take my words for granted.
- Middle Eastern: If someone has any intel on where to find them in BCN please let me know as they are my favourite in look

I agree that there is a lot of distraction in this city and for who has some sort of work routine you have to sacrifice something. If you have the money/time/energy to run both day and night game you can seriously kill it here in BCN.

Few random thoughts about visiting the city after many years:
- Shocking how more expensive it is post economic crisis as well as the amount of native English you hear on the street (like 70% of people in the center insane. And I know many locals are not happy at all about mass tourism and inflated price).
- Certain area of the city are still very sketchy at night. Be aware and avoid walking back drunk if you don’t know the city. I never had any issue but I am a fairly tall guy, Mediterranean look and can get pretty aggressive if I have to. I almost beat up some North African guy the other day that was robbing some elderly French tourist and trying to grab his backpack violently. Other people around just watched without doing anything.
- Lots of new nice small bars with good vibes. Clubs around the Port Olympic are still lame.

There are a lot of hot girls in the day but this is due to the sheer number of people on the streets all the time. But I think the average is quite low. You could walk a long time and not see a head Turner.

Lived in Barcelona for two years, have to disagree with you on that. Maybe you're in the wrong areas.

I lived in L'Eixample and worked in Plaça Catalunya, along that route I would turn my head on my bike to look constantly.

You also have to think of what other cities to compare it to. I've been out on the streets in probably 30+ world cities, Barcelona is in the top for quality.
