Any good ideas to end this LTR?

Any good ideas to end this LTR?
Started dating a girl and was happy for a while. She is good looking 8 but if she ends up looking like her mom she won't. I'm still young and I don't see myself in something LT right now. I work with her in a small building and shes the only young person besides me. Any good ideas to end this? I am looking for a new job but I need to wait until June which is too long.

Just cheat, don't end it. Spend less time with her and more time chasing new.
