A bit of googling and I tracked the origin of the piece to a tabloid in Zimbabwe. It probably is fake (although I'm sure the actual situation has occurred numerous times throughout human history).

I heard the same story, but it happened in Syria. The father was a General, the daughter had been drugged and blackmailed. The father heard rumors, went to verify it. When his daughter walked in, he knew it was true. Found out a whole bunch of elite level daughters had been blackmailed and were in the industry. Caused quite a scandal. Those Muslim girls are pretty slutty.
