advice on how to close this girl?

in text she seems extremely receptive, but when i attempt to get her to come out poof, waits 2 hours between replies. look at when we planned to meet up and when she replied.

Just seems to me like you're not leading the interaction and you don't the upper hand. You're poking for her interest instead of being bold and inviting her somewhere. Also I would make the decisions, I wouldn't make her choose between going out or chilling at her place, seems to me like you're trying to check if she's DTF the wrong way. If you're ready for bed invite yourself or make dinner at your place and drop the maybes.

that maybe is on purpose, it avoids asking questions. it's a style of texting i've adopted from soup.
i cannot invite her to my place, so i am trying to get her to invite me to hers. i'm not trying to invite her out to a bar since we already know each other, so i need her to come out with me in my car so i can control things otherwise logistics will be a clusterfuck.

I agree. Dude you shouldn't say maybe like asking a question, be assertive
