What I do is talk about how it feels like she's fully accepting me when she swallows, as opposed to spitting which is symbolically a sort of rejection. Fat girls are more open to swallow. Especially ones with esteem issues.

You can always try to make her swallow "by mistake". If she's not a deep throater, tell her to put it in as deep as it can go (you're teaching her). Same here. Vast majority of girls can't even suck a cock properly (American chicks in general are better than European chicks though), so the question of swallowing is quite rare to pop up.
