Atm I have three girls on the roster (one slightly chubby 6.5 with huge ass and 2 top quality women - first one through cold approach and latter two from social circles).
The former knows exactly the extent of the relationship and isn't really an issue. The other two seem to be shifting increasingly more towards quasi-relationship status (wanting to go out, invite to wedding as plus one, whatsapping relationship style etc.) on their part.
Don't get me wrong both are really great and what I would consider perfect mothers at some point but not any time soon.
The thing is I don't know how to deal with this. They both know the arrangement but I guess their inexperience is the cause of these developments.
Advice would be appreciated

Limit how often you see them. Once per week or once per two weeks. Also limit your whatsapp messages with them.

Your frame should be a fun, cool, not needy, not possessive guy who isn't looking for a relationship.

You will still lose some of them but be cool and relaxed about it and they might come back to you later on.

The bitch of it is, by being that type of man -- you become the exact type a woman would develop feelings for. There's really no way around it, though. The only way to truly keep a woman from developing feelings is to be (or become) the type of man who doesn't inspire them, in which case you likely wouldn't have a FWB in the first place.

You will lose some women by being "too cold" emotionally, but as birthday cat said, as long as you leave the door open a crack they can always come back to you.

If you have already tapped a particular FWB enough to your liking, and you're ready to let her go but don't want to deal with any hard feelings -- here are the best ways to do it, in my opinion:

1.) A gradual, phase-out process.

Little by little, see her less and less and return her phone calls/texts with increasing infrequency. Unless you're dealing with either a complete moron or someone who's already in love with you, she'll eventually get the hint.

2.) Turn up the beta.

If you want to keep a modern chick in all her subverted femininity from developing feelings, simply reveal your feelings for her in the most over the top, sappy beta ways possible. She'll be running for the hills in no time.
