Think of your appearance; body, face, smell, height, etc, as a package. If you lack one you can try to make up for it in the others. Workout, eat clean, and take care of yourself.

But keep in mind its pointless as a man to be so hung up on physical appearances, esspecially those that you dont have any control over. Youre in the lucky position that many post wall women would kill for. Your desirability to the opposite sex is not as heavily reliant on just your looks as it is your overall package as a person.

So long as you arent totally disfigured like the guy from goonies youre time can always be better spent improving yourself in ways that stretch beyond just looks and give you timelessly desirable qualities. Game, a sense of humour, intellect, fame, wealth, anything, because at the end of the day theres still an uglier guy out there who has gotten and still is getting laid more than you.

Listen, I know some of you guys are trying to be helpful, but ultimately threads like this are a form of excuse. Guys read them to give themselves an excuse.

Your real challenge is your self-limiting beliefs.

I'm 48, have a double chin, a beer belly, and a date with an 18 year old Wed. Women are most attracted to masculinity, determination, confidence, success, etc.

Haha that's London mate. Quality here is shocking. We do have a variety from all over the world and some real gems. But chances of the average guy hooking up with them isn't high.

I don't get why posters are disagreeing. In my experience I would choose to have a more attractive face than body.

Truth is I've been so out of shape it's disgusting but I've slept with hot women in that time because once she's made the decision to sleep with you it won't matter what she sees when you take your shirt off.

There's plenty of pickup advice that tells you to have strong eye contact, smile, etc... But you won't find many that tell you to start flexing your traps to attract a girl.

Of course it helps but the real killers looks wise are the model face dudes not the gym heads in my experience.

Plus face attracts all sorts of women while body alone tends to attract a certain subset.

And face is more usable in all settings while body only has full effect in certain ones.

Generally I agree with the adage "Listen to what she does, not what she says."

But in this case, what the girls are saying is absolutely true. It can be verified running Tinder experiments. A nice face trumps everything.
