Bien has it right but I'd honestly stop thinking of it in terms of "alpha" too many dudes on here are paper tiger alphas.

It's okay, we've all been down the obsessive creeping social media route, nowadays if a former bang follows me or unfollows me I don't blink an eye, matter of fact I don't check.

There's no need to get back in contact with her or unblock her - she had her chance with you and you deserve better.

Just to echo what some other posters mentioned-

Women (and most people) never properly respond to ultimatums, they go full emotional instead of rational.

When you present something as a take it or leave it, they go through the 5 stages of grief instead of actually considering the options. It's a loss in their zero sum game because they didn't get 100% equity of the outcome.

Refer to the 5 stages, applicable to situations where you don't cave in:
a) denial
b) anger
c) bargaining
d)depression
e) acceptance
