Do it at the end of the lease. Been there done that years ago. Bad idea. She cockblocked the hell out of me after that. I wound up breaking my lease and paying thousands in order to have my freedom. If she's down lay the pipe right before the lease ends.

had my oportunity, but didn't go there. I kinda regretted it for a while, but it paid off when I fucked half a dozen of her friends, pretty much just by being there. (though sadly, not all at once.)
