It's a rigged game, but I mainly blame the debt-based economy. In the past, there was a high demand for hard-working and responsible men. Today, those traits aren't valuable anymore. It's all about look, and "sense of humor" (like the man should be a clown). We all know that looks are just a small part of attraction, and yet dating apps are forcing any guys who choose to be involved to rely only on their looks.

My hope would be similar to Mycon's but less retribution; that suffering would lead to repentance and values of what makes a proper mate. The realist in me sees that the probability is that Samseau is right, however; it would take a LONG time in the cycle to regroup or reconstitute families to traditional status UNLESS there is a major war/famine/plague of casualties with survival again being something not taken for granted. That's the only way back, but there will be a cost for us who complain about such things on the internet here, as well. The odds are that disparities will continue, the haves and have nots will increase in extremes, and most of the middle to bottom will just exit stage left to drugs, transhumanism, etc. Maybe that's the new war, not falling for the Matrix entirely.

It is hard to project, but I'm not as pessimistic as Samseau on the demographic stuff, mainly because big cities dominate news media but are in the worst shape and they will take a back seat to the more remote, traditional areas who will be much more sane in terms of the way they live. Welfare and survival of the takers will not allow for as much of an increase in the coming years in such a broke society where the producers have left the larger, crumbling cities.

They exist. But finding and catching them requires a dramatically different mindset and attitude then you tend to find on either side of this discussion. You have to set the bullshit aside and be extremely pragmatic. You can do part of this up front by marketing yourself in a way that's designed to scare off anyone who isn't interested in kids.

My biggest litmus test: a girl should agree with the religious doctrine that contraception is sinful. In my experience that's been the single biggest indicator as to whether she's "like that" and the answer is pretty simple at its core. Contraception is irrelevant to someone who wants to have a big, happy, family and if they do want to use it that's not what they're after.


There's a reason why the divorce rate for Catholics who attend church weekly and don't use contraception is about 2%.

It all comes down on supply and demand. The ratio of men versus women is heavily skewed in favor of women in the Western world. They can have top tier men since there is enough of these top tier men to go around.

If we treat distribution of looks evenly for both populations (using the 1 to 10 scale) then there would ten 10s for the female side and thirty 10s for male side. This means that the 9s and 8s will still have access to the male 10s and there still is male 9s and 8s still left.

My theory of why this skew occurs is because of immigration from the rest of the World to the West.

1. The rich of underdeveloped world all move to the West. Although they might lack game or looks they make it all up in cash. I have seen rich people from 3rd world countries get top picks and barely know any English.

2. People in underdeveloped countries also favor sons so they are more likely to send them off to the West to support the family or get an education. For all you Toronto folk just look at the colleges filled with Indian foreign students. 90 percent of the students from India are male.

3. Immigration of repressed cultures skew the ratio too. You go to a club and will see males of all backgrounds including Muslim men. How often will you see that sort of representation from some Muslim women? What's more, men, being principled and activated by achievement, don't need as much outside stresses or pressures to get better. Getting better is the competitive drive in them because of what naturally comes from that (money, power, sex). Whereas women, without pressures, show a race to the bottom without pressures much more easily and significantly than males. Thus, we go full circle as to why few men in supply will activate women to stay fit, offering femininity and caretaking, and thus become worthwhile partners.

Throw technology in, on top of a surplus of men, and you get an exacerbation of the problems = minimal selection to be any better, AND validation from male orbiters, since so many subpar men are still around they'll do anything to get a sniff. Voila, there you have the 21st century "West".
