Co-signed. A real policeman (even the dickiest, most racist one) would have flashed his badge for real, not simply identified himself as "the po-lice," and read him his rights. This doesn't display any basic police training tactics either, like asking for IDs, asking more questions, or addressing the spectators (including the guy filming) earlier in the interaction.
