Ive read material from both Roosh and Janka and they both offer two different insights. Janka is more direct and instructs getting a number within a few minutes, where Roosh suggests having long convos (30 min or so) and then number closing. Is it all based on location? Paul Janka being in nyc where its fast paced and women are more likely to take a chance. Idk where Roosh mainly did his game...

Right. In a fast daytime approach, she's making the decision whether or not to be receptive to your approach and give her number based primarily on your looks and confident vibe. In a slow, indirect approach, you "talk away your ugly face," as Voltaire put it, and build a deeper mental and emotional connection with her. This takes longer but reduces the likelihood of her flaking if you don't have model good looks or some other obvious external reasons for her to want you. In the first scenario, she thinks "wow, hot and strong man just came up to me and wanted to get with me." She's nervous and excited, flattered, and in an emotional whirl, gives you her number, and, if all goes well, wonders and hopes you will text or call her. In the indirect scenario, she remembers you as the really interesting guy whom she met. It builds more comfort for her, and she's less likely to flake on a guy whom she had a really great half-hour conversation with. In direct game, it doesn't matter as much if she flakes because you got 10 numbers instead of one, so maybe one will come through and go on a date with you. Different styles work for different guys and different personalities. Also, situationally, some venues (coffee shops and bookstores, for instance) really lend themselves to indirect, meaningful conversations, whereas other situations (say, meeting a girl you pass in the subway terminal) make a more direct approach more convenient.

You're right, and what I was getting at is that Janka has the more mainstream model-style face as well as the height, that's a real flattering combo for a chick to get approached by. Having a middle-upper middle class accent like both these guys have is important too, if you sound ghetto or Jerseyish, middle class chix won't think you're presentable

He's not successful because of his looks. It helps him execute his direct game strategy successfully, but that game is still needed. Other guys with even better looks can still, and often do, pull a lot less.

Game is not used in vacuo. Every guy should tune his particular strategy according to his looks, his personality and other factors. On the one hand, good looks enable you to go direct in a way bad looks do not. But good looks also restrict your behavior.

Still need to game on.

Looks can help, but if you don't have they confidence and capability to approach, nothing is going to happen. Janka's got all that and a very strong frame, attitude, and vibe.

Justin Wayne sounds super awkward most of the time. He sounds like a homie from the hood trying imitate a safe white guy. There's something really incongruous about him. But it probably doesn't matter so much, because it seem like he's approaching mostly foreign women (who BTW often come to NY just to get black cock). I guess this is proof that the content of what you say (game on paper) really does have intrinsic value.

The truth is that Janka probably had to worry more about making sure the uglier girls didn't get spooked that this hot dude was going after them.

Paul Janka that man has game for real, anyone watched any of his lectures on youtube, dude spits hot fire game. In his interviews dude claims to have fucked lot's of chicks, it especially helped him being on Dr. Phil and Tyra Banks show, lot's of groupies lining up to fuck. Fame is legit, and if Roosh went on Dr. Phil he'd be drowning in American pussy (if he wanted it).

Anyways, yeah Janka is a pimp, but the looks and height factor are also huge, to deny that would be to deny reality. Janka is one of the rare guys that has the golden trinity of looks, height, and game, really 2 out of the 3 is all you need, but with all 3 you can be an unstoppable beast.
