recovering from a slump ...
whats up everyone, its been a while since i've been in a steady state of hooking up w/ girls. since high school actually, which was almost 3 years ago. since then i've been in a slump, and its sucked. i'm dyin now .. and i'm wondering whats the best thing to do to get myself out of a slump?

Get out there and start talking.
Ideally, you'll find some like minded people to go out with.
Then it's just stepping up to the plate.

roosh, the problem i've been having when approaching is being to like over excited, then sometimes i'll try to calm down and i end up being to calm. is there anything i can tell myself or do to stay at an even flow?

You seem to spend a lot of time on these forums. How about you just turn off the computer for a few weeks and spend your free time OUT, meeting new people. Forget about hooking up with anyone...

No. The more you get used to the approaches the more relaxed you'll get. You need to do a lot to desensitize yourself
