I think topics like this are sometimes a product of some 'sphere readers' misguided misconceptions about the game.

Guys want to get their dicks wet, and will typically follow the path of least resistance. Simple as that. OP seems to be under the assumption that a girl having sex is just as rewarding and beneficial for her as a man. This is not true.

Men do not value women who are A: easy and B: unattractive. Regardless, most guys will fuck most anything. This means nothing. A guy putting his dick in something does not mean he loves it, values it a lot, or wants to keep it around the next morning for breakfast. Men are not so selective with who they bang, so if someone is offering they'll take it. Most men will dumpster dive given the easy opportunity.

You bring up an interesting point, worthy of its own thread. I once believed that finding commitment and a stable relationship was a woman's ultimate goal. How the dating trenches in this country have taught me otherwise. Higher priorities consist of:

important career pushing paper

Superficial friendships with other women

Meaningless sex with men they hardly know from tinder

Technology satisfaction from smart phones and social media

It raises the question of whether the importance of finding committement in women from other generations was only salient because they didn't have as many options to occupy their time. We can conclude that life options facilitate growth and development for men, but are destructive to women.

Guys have never been able to get laid based on looks alone.

No matter how much you work out at the gym or how alpha your appearance may seem, you still require some social status, inner confidence and game to get a real good looking girl even in the most "easy" environments for men seeking women.

To me, a overweight, badly dressed, "loser" male who is fearless in approaching (and taking rejections from) HB 8s and better, is much higher in the gene pool, than a ripped, good looking, rich guy who settles for chasing and banging a post wall fatty.

I feel you brah. A couple of months ago I went on a party bus to a night club for my friends birthday party. The bus was almost 50/50 ratio of guys to girls and all of the girls on there were very attractive, except one. This girl had a decent face with make up but she was massive, probably 200 pounds at 5'5. I noticed she just sat quiet the whole time while we were on the bus and she seemed very insecure surrounded by all the hotties. But it wasn't always anywhere near as extreme as this in the Anglosphere and it still isn't in other parts of the world. If you're a young guy, you wouldn't know any different, but old farts like me (I'm 41, incidentally) can still remember a time when a fatty would have been grateful to find a looks-equivalent fat bloke to bang in the UK. These days, 200 pound pavement pounders have attitude and can be really quite picky. I don't know why everyone assumes girls only have an easier time finding casual fuck partners, and not relationships as well. The idea of such a girl seems outlandish and unrealistic, and we can all agree that she'd be treated like a goddess by men even if she wasn't gifted with great genetics. Yet here we have an entire community of men who DO put that much effort into self-improvement, and still manage to swap endless stories of mediocre women who binge-watch Netflix all day treating us like dog shit, an affliction that magically vanishes when visiting other societies.

In the current US dating market, one side collectively puts in orders of magnitude more effort than the other. That's what it boils down to.

I laughed at the line about "a woman's ultimate goal". Hardly any of them have goals, they just have Feelings.

While certainly our culture encourages and produces more of these vapid cum chuggers than in the past, the truth is that there has always been a certain percentage of women who are like that, and a percentage who aren't. My grandpa tells stories about out of control sluts back in the 1930's and 40's, and you can go read stories from Shakespeare and Ancient Greece all about whores causing all sorts of problems. The percentages may have changed some but it's a difference of degree, not of absolutes.

To Travesty's point about women being happy to ride the carousel of meaningless sex, I would say that excepting the natural born sluts who have it truly in their nature (God bless them!), most of them are only happy in the way that alcoholics and drug addicts are happy when using. Sure, they get that dopamine rush that keeps them coming back but mostly they're miserable. Giving girls social media/Tinder/carousel riding is like giving an alcoholic a cabinent full of booze. I see a lot of sour grapes kind of arguments in this thread. As in, I can't have what they have, but I'm sure they are not happy having it.

Let's face the truth.

-In Anglosphere countries, the dating market is extremely unfair. Women have it much easier than men. The difference not 2X or 3X, it's is an order of magnitude. If you disagree, try (1) registering on Tinder with pictures of an average looking woman and (2) traveling to a region where the balance is still more even, such as SA, EE or SEA.

-Tinder and other online dating sites/apps made this dating market imbalance much worse. Any woman who is not completely hideous can find a new guy to sleep with on tinder within an hour or less. In the past, they had to go to a bar or club and put up with loud music, smoke, etc, but now even that's not needed.

-For women, it's also easier to make friends with both women and men. It's much easier to get invited to parties, events and enter night clubs, particularly for those women who are not completely ugly and take care of themselves at least a little bit. Basically, the social value of a woman in the West is higher than that of a man.

-Not all women are looking for a ltr or marriage. Many are happy riding the cock carousel. Yes, they'll be having a harder time getting laid when they are older, but it's the same for most older men as well. There are no consequences for women for taking advantage of their much higher value in the sexual marketplace.

-The only real way to escape this imbalance, at least for now, is to move overseas. Generally, the less developed/rich a country is, the higher the man's value in that country, though the negative correlation is not perfect. It's up to each of us to decide what is more important - living in an advanced country or doing better with women. The answer to this question may also be different for the same man at different points of his life.
