Is the lack of desire due to not wanting pussy or not wanting a date?

If it's not wanting pussy it may be an issue of a lack of testosterone. I suggest you look at this thread

If it's not wanting to go through the dating process we've all been there. Find some chicks that you are still attracted to but you can maintain minimum effort to still bang them. If your game isn't at that point, take the resources from the forum, you know where to find them. Then go out and apply them. Wish I could give you more specific advice but it's hard to tell when I don't know you as some of the other members mentioned.

^^ I got my test done last year at an urgent care center in south eastern MA. It was pretty easy and straightforward. I would suggest looking up urgent care centers close to you.

Why are so critical about a girl who put the effort to LOSE 100lbs? That shows great character actually.

I can see some guys coming on here defending Boston, D.C., St. Louis, and Zanesville, but you are in a shit location. Although that definitely isn't the whole problem, it is a large part of it. When I leave the D.C. area, I get models, I get girls who the vast majority of local guys wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell with, etc. If I were born and raised in this shithole and never traveled, my perspective, outlook, and attitude would be completely different, for the worse. Here, I go literally weeks without seeing one bangable girl (Yes, you read that right. If you don't believe me, you've never been here). When I leave here, it's a completely different world for me. I get the strong sense that your bankroll isn't the best, since you're a student, but the best you can do is concentrate on self-improvement full time, then when you can afford to, do an extended trip (not a long weekend or something ridiculous like that) to a top tier part of the U.S. or the parts of Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America that are most popular on the forum. A lot of that part of it is just finding the place which best suits your personality and look. For me, Miami, the Dominican Republic, and to a lesser extent Southern California are a good match. Mexico is an absolutely horrible match. All the travel information you would ever need is right here on the forum.

Being overweight can cause low testosterone. I didn't read the whole thread, but I saw you mentioned gaining weight to strength train. Eating extra is only usefull while you are in the 10-20% body fat range. After that, the extra weight lowers your testosterone and actually makes it harder to gain muscle. Why not get the easy bang with some of these chicks that you think are beneath you, while continuing your journey to get in better shape? Even if they aren't your type, think of the interaction as practice. As with all things, your game will improve as you use it, even if it is with lesser girls. Why not pick one lesser girl, while looking for side pieces. . ..then continually look to trade up. Make a few trade ups, and you can go from a 4 to a 7! Bottom line is if you give up on dating, your game will become stale and you will lose progress. Reading about game will only get you so far. Good luck on your journey.

Well I met up with her tonight and afterwards we kissed a bit and talked logistics (in somewhat coded language). Made plans to get together next weekend to hang out and "watch a movie" and "try some of my homebrew" etc. So, I guess I just need to tidy the place up.
