I know a little bit how you feel.

I was out of the game for several years due to dealing with a severe illness. I remember my first online date once getting back into it early last year very well.

You're getting plenty of good advice so I'll just share my experience. The first couple dates after my divorce were pretty rough, I was nervous and caught up in my head. Too much talking and disclosure on my part (newly single dad, felt like I had to be upfront about that), I was just plain awkward. The second date was easier, actually took her to a movie. The girl kept dropping popcorn between her big tits and then reaching in between them to pull the popcorn out and eat it. I'm not the OP, but i've never had a date in my 30 years. Just that girls have never been interested in me. Got the occasional drunken one night stand, but girls that i've known through social circle and work etc have never really shown sexual interest in me, and I was almost never able to get anyone from dating apps(POF, OKC etc) too agree to meet me. Yes, relax and have fun, don't think too much of it all, that's the best attitude to have.

It will most likely be a little awkward at first and she will do nothing to help that, but just keep going, persevere and soon you will probably turn it into a fun date to get to know each other.

I remember going on a date for the first time after a long term relationship, I showed up late, the girl was wearing sunglasses and had a serious, unimpressed look on her face when I met her.
